Quality stand at a decent price
I just got this stand in and set it up with my guitar. The build quality is quite good and the item does not feel cheap in any way. There are some nice touches, like the rubberized handle for tightening the height adjustment of the neck holder and swiveling rubber strap to close off the neck. The black finish on all of the metal parts is a very nice smooth matte finish. There is foam covering the parts where your guitar will make contact: on the swiveling base holder on below and on the neck holder. The one place that could use a bit more foam is the "leg" on the body fork. When you put your guitar in to the stand, it is easy to swing the body too far and then make contact with the uncovered portion and overtime that may create some nicks or scratches in the body of your guitar. The legs fold up for a more compact shape for transport or storage, But once I put in the swiveling fork that holds the body of the guitar, It seem to lock itself in and I didn't want to break it by pulling too hard on it. I'm not sure if this is intended to be removable or not, but it does make it harder to store since it's not easily removable. The three legs of the stand have Nice rubber feet on them that plug up the ends of the tubes and help it grip the floor better. All of the tubes have nice rounded plugs on the ends so there are no exposed ends. The attached tag includes a link to the company's contact information along with their three-year warranty info. One tip: I rolled up my card and stuck it inside the bottom of the base tube (see picture), where it is invisible but can stay with the stand and not get lost in case anything ever happens to the stand and I need parts or repair.

Good quality and very good price
I like that now I can just put my guitar on my Guitar Stand and leave it on the stand until I need to use the guitar again instead of having to put it on the guitar case after I use it

The Best In Its Price Range with One Flaw
A simple and very good stand. It has one flaw: the bottom cradle should have some type of lock mechanism to hold it in place, otherwise if you're not careful, the guitar can slip and fall off the stand. That won't happen as long as you're careful, but it would be nice to have the ability to lock the bottom cradle in place for safety reasons. Otherwise, this is probably the best guitar stand in this price range.

This stand gets my vote against two others!
I really hope that more people buy this stand so that it gets more reviews than the other top two that come up when searching for guitar stands. It is far superior to both, and the funny thing is, it's the same price (actually $1 cheaper than one of them). The other two I'm referring to are the On Stage XCG4 and the Musician's Gear stand. I bought all three in order to compare their pros and cons.First off, the GFW-GTR-1000 is constructed of much thicker metal tubing than the other two, and it has a much wider stance, with longer legs providing more balance and stability. I would imagine that this allows it to accommodate larger, heavier guitars and basses as well. The assembly was easy, and the parts are much higher quality as well. The rubber feet are larger and appear to be sturdier and longer-lasting. The protection foam is thick and not too pliable or soft. The tightener knob that holds the neck rod in place is larger and easier to turn for adjusting. The only small criticism I have of this one is that it stands a little taller than the other two, and that bugs me a little bit for no "real" reason - just an aesthetic quirk that rubs my OCD the wrong way. I'm sure I'll forget about it soon enough. All around, it's definitely worth the money considering the other two fall in the same price range and are inferior products.

Decent
This isn’t as great as a pro line stand , but for the price you can’t beat it. It worked well for an acoustic guitar and then I switched and put one of my electrics in it and it holds it decent. I do wish it wasn’t so close to the floor. Most of my stands that I have like this are about 6 inches off the floor, making me feel a little confident that my guitar will not tip forward. But, for the price, I’m not complaining. It does the job and I’m sure in the future I will probably buy another stand and use that stand for my acoustic. Honestly, I found it better for acoustic guitars than electric. Especially, because I have a studio with about seven guitars and they all look really cool on their stands and then this stand is about 5 inches lower than the other ones so it looks a bit goofy-but it works

Absolute Sturdiest Budget Stand
This is a super sturdy stand that puts the center of gravity evenly over the back leg and just desperately wants to stay upright. I love it.Assembly is almost instantaneous and very simple. With only three pieces total that are plug and play (the neck support, the body support and the leg assembly.)The securing strap for the neck has its own recessed plastic piece that the strap loops over very securely. If anyone has ever had a security strap for a stand that instead wraps around the foam itself you know how annoying it can be to get it on or off and how it tears up your protection foam on the neck cradle. This was a solid purchase.

Easy assembly & good quality for a low price
It does what it’s supposed to. It holds my guitar securely and looks nice. Was quick and easy to assemble, plus has padding around where the neck and the bottom of the body sits so you don’t have to worry about damage to the finish. My only issue is the piece that supports the bottom of the body doesn’t lock in, so with no weight on it the piece will easily spin. I don’t think this will pose any danger of moving with the weight of the guitar on it, it’s just an option I would have liked to have for peace of mind.

Gran Atril
Muchos dicen que se ve frágil pero al momento que postré mi guitarra se adaptó muy bien, es eléctrica y pues es un poco mas pesada, entonces yo no me quejo, se ve muy bien y vale la pena, además a un excelente precio
