This powder seems to have a delicate balance between being bitter and being tasteless. I know matcha is slightly bitter, but this powder didn't have anything in its flavor profile to balance the bitter. Overall, whether having it hot or blended, it's just kind of "meh." I had to zhuzh it up a bit to make it taste more balanced and have some sort of flavor.

I first had this matcha when we went to a coffee shop on the board walk in ocean city, New Jersey . It was so good and we couldn’t wait to go back and buy the bag they had but when we asked how much they told us we couldnt buy the bag . We were so sad. I was so happy when I found it on Amazon. I honestly haven’t had matcha this good and I can’t stop drinking it. It’s a problem . I was mad at first because I thought the shipping was late but it came just in time but my dum dum self didn’t realize I had to pick it up because I have a P.O. Box. I will definitely be buying this product again and I will never drink any other matcha besides this brand. Amazing.

I get Starbucks and other coffee shop matcha lattes and this is about as close as I have found for homemade!

I’ve tried other matcha powders but they are all very bitter. A shop local to me makes a great matcha late (I like mine iced) and they told me they use this one. It’s really great.I don’t have a milk frosted because That’s much more effort than I’m trying to put in. All I do is bring to a boil about a quarter cup of water. I put two spoonfuls of the matcha powder into it after it’s boiled and use a small whisk to combine. I debated getting a wood whisk but the small metal one works well. Then I put the mixture into a cup with ice and add milk so the cup is filled. I use almond milk, but it’s all about preference. It’s really great, has a sweet component to it. It’s my favorite treat that I drink. And it’s very simple and takes less than five minutes.

This matcha latte mix is delicious shaken with plain hot water or with added milk, but the selling on Amazon is deceptive, there is no picture of the ingredients. I thought it was a big bag of matcha powder, turns out it has all sorts of stuff in it.
