Delicious With A Great Price Point!
I've seen reviews claiming these have deceitful nutritional fact. Mostly in terms of the actual amount of protein per scoop. I'm here to tell you, I can't confirm that because I don't know how to, and more importantly, I don't really care. As long as it's not unhealthy for me, it's fine. Now, to the review(s). I've tried Strawberry, Bananas & Cream, and Cookies &Cream. They all blend the same in my shaker bottle. No protein clusters of chunks floating around. They get very frothy, though. And if you're a fan of whole milk, these are REALLY good with that. Almond Milk is just as good, it just makes them thicker in consistency, so you get more of a milkshake texture. I haven't tried water because I will never mix protein powder with water. Ever. Yuck. I hate it. Plus with milk/almond milk you get that extra 3-5g protein.Cookies & Cream is my absolute favorite. It takes just like a milkshake. Seriously. It's delicious. I can go on for days about this one. My goodness!Bananas & Cream is just the same. Very potent with the banana flavor. It seems slightly thicker than Strawberry and Cookies & Cream, but that could just be me. The flavor is the bomb, though. I love it.Strawberry is strawberry. And honestly, that's all I can ask for. It tastes like strawberry. And if you've had any other brand's version, you'd appreciate this review. Strawberry tastes like strawberry. Not Nyquil. That's all I'll say on that.Strawberry Banana. I mix these two occasionally. One scoop of each, because I love strawberry banana flavored things. As and I love the taste of these two combined. This also mixes very well with oatmeal. I use about half a scoop in plain oatmeal, cook with almond milk and a few walnuts. It's amazing. I never have to add anything else, except maybe butter.Overall, I love this stuff!

Don't Down-Rate a Product Just Because You Don't Like the Taste!
Apparently, there was a label error back in 2015 that caused many users to give this only one star. It stated that the 60 grams of protein was achieved with THREE scoops. Just to clarify, it now states 60 grams of protein with only TWO scoops.Secondly, I don't like it when users rate an item with 1-star only because they simply don't like the taste and nothing more. That's just stupid. Very few users who give this product a low rating fail to base it on the performance of the product. I mean, isn't that why we buy it to begin with?I've been using this for 5-months. I buy the vanilla. I mix it with whole milk (for weight gain) and peanut butter (for more calories and essential fatty acids). I add my creatine powder to it. It tastes quite good. I use a blender to mix it, and it mixes perfectly. I'm pushing 58-years old and I work out. And I don't mean some lame 5-minute cycling while watching TV. I mean I go to the gym to lift. I feel that this product has really helped me not just in quick muscle recovery, but also in helping me to maintain a lean, muscular physic. My only negative observation is the amount of protein in each scoop. It seems that Body Fortress puts a high stress on including Aminos and other fillers which reduces the actual protein amount to about 61% per scoop. What this means is that you need to use more powder than other leading brands in order to get the same amount of protein. That's okay. It's still a good value even if I have to use a little more. I also like that the formula is rounded out with additional aminos and other minerals.

Great for a standard protein shake
I knew I had to change something in my nutrition habits, not saying anything it's really wrong with me. Also, since my sister drinks protein shakes, I asked her for a reference. Once I found out she drinks Whey Protein, she recommended it to me as my doctor said the same thing. Starting a routine, I drink Whey Protein three times a week for starters. I have a ways to go and to get comfortable as the powder has to get used to my body/system.I got the vanilla flavor because it's a neutral flavor and I can blend it with peanut butter or frozen fruit if I choose. Mixing the powder is fairly easy; just remember to have a blender or shaker cup for the best results. If you have neither, mixing the powder with your favorite drink (milk for example) is also an option but may not taste the same as with a shaker cup for example. As there were many choices for Whey Protein, I'm glad I choose the best option for me as I'm looking for a simple protein boost. Afterward, I usually do a form of exercise for 15 minutes or so. As I mentioned, once the powder gets comfortable with me, I can always adjust or tweak a few simple changes to how I consume it.

Was a good buy!
I'm not entirely sure what the complaints are about on previous reviews. The powder I received has a 1 scoop serving yielding 30g protein. (I will update this post with a picture of the nutritional label when possible)I like that amongst other protein powders this one has relatively few ingredients, a very positive thing for me.Taste: Decent. I mix it with water, and I have to say it definitely isn't delicious but it has an OK taste. If I were to describe it, it tastes like a watered down milkshake. Not particularly sweet but just enough to give you a hint of vanilla. It would probably taste phenomenal with milk however. In terms of mixing/shaking:I use a 20oz Blender Bottle with the metal mixing ball it comes with.I noticed you have to be careful in how you're mixing this stuff. What I do is: 1) add a little bit of water(or whatever you mix the powder with) to the bottom of the bottle. 2) dump the powder in. 3) add the rest of the water/other liquid. 4) shake vigorously and for about 30+ seconds. BE PATIENT and shake until it's smooth. The first time I shook this powder I it had a few small clumps but after learning a this better method it's been beautifully smooth.
