Hi there! I buy this suplemesnt two months ago I it have been like a miracle for me. A friend recomended and I'm very thankfull. I have improve my sleep quality, reduce my stress leves and have seen a pain relief. This a natural product and I have in my bed table as well at my office. Very happy with ashwagandha.

I feel like these are helpful for me. They seem to calm me down when I taken them. I take them in the morning so they're in effect all day, and I feel as though they're fairly effective for me. It's 2 capsules a day and they're a little larger than a regular capsule size, but theres no weird taste or anything so they're easy to take.I'd say they're effective enough and a great product for you to try out if you feel as though you need something like this. You could spend more on therapy, but take this inexpensive first step and see how feel. (But definitely go to therapy if you feel you need it!)

The media could not be loaded. This supplement gives me the calming effect I was looking for. My personal experience is when I take it regularly, I don’t feel the need to talk all the time. It calms my anxiety down so I don’t do that anxious chatter so many people have. I recommend trying this product at least once. It may help you!

I buy these for my wife and to our surprise they do work as intended they are not a miracle pill but the do increase focus and improve relaxation. Virtually no smell and tasteless so very easy to take

These ashwaganda pills are really good, do the job of relaxing in the evening. Great value for money.

Product works as described and does what is expected. However, I had an unfortunate experience with this product as I have a great deal of difficulty swallowing pills. I put one of the pills in my mouth to swallow and because it took me some time to swallow, the pill coating softened and burst in the back of my throat releasing its VERY DRY CONTENTS which caused me to choke profusely, making it very difficult to drink water to get it down. I happened to be in the car and had to pullover (thankfully, I was not driving). To say the least, it was a very scary experience which required some assistance. Have not used since, however, if used I would dilute in some water or hot tea before taking.
