This lamp is perfect for my crochet/quilting projects I work on in my chair at night. The height is very nice. Shade is sturdy and appears to be durable. Description of the shade states it is white but is more of a cream color (which I prefer anyway). There are 2 separate knobs for turning lightbulbs on. The upper switch controls the top (higher wattage) bulb and the lower one controls the other 3 (lower wattage) bulbs. I put a 75 watt in the top and 40 watts in the other three and it works very well. The bulbs I chose to use are daylight LED. Overall it is a very beautiful, practical lamp and worth the money paid.

Love this lamp, I did have a problem with the small lights but it seems to be working right now.

They well packaged and a quality product. It took longer to extract them from their packaging than it did to put them together. Just remember to buy light bulbs.
