STAPLES Kroy Ergonomic Office Desk Chair, Breathable Mesh Swivel Seat and Back, Adjustable Height, Lumbar Support, Black

I originally had this chair at my job but it broke so I went in search of a new one. After trying SEVERAL, I decided that this chair was the best out of any others but since it came from a different department with a separate budget, they couldn’t reorder it for me. I ordered it for myself and am happy with that decision! My original chair had a tag that said it was manufactured in 2019 so I’m not sure if they just eventually wear out over time but either way, I wanted that same level of comfiness for everyday.

My employer bought this chair for me as I have lower back issues & I loved it so much I ordered another one for my home computer. The mesh seat is nice as well, and good if you are sitting for long periods of time at a desk. I highly recommend.

I liked the comfort

The hardest part of the assembly was getting the coasters into the bottom of the chair, good instructions.Hsd the adjustable lumbar support which can go up and down as well as closer to back or farther away.First tim you site down be careful as the gas shock could move slightly causing it to feel like you are falling very slightly, but it is ot far and stops when fully in position.Very good for the price, I tried it at my local Staples store first, then after getting prime I received $70 off!

I have purchased 4 chairs for my work at home desk. This by far is the best one ever! It is so comfortable and just the right height when it's at its shortest! We used to have something very similar when I worked in a building and have missed it ever since. I am SO glad I decided to make this purchase!!! Just wish I would have found this chair 4 chairs ago!

I have this chair at my office and love it! I am now working part time at home so I purchased this for home. After only one 8 hour day the mesh on the seat ripped leaving me to sink downward. May have just been a faulty chair because I do love the one at my office.

When I received my chair, it had a dent in the right arm of the chair. Stewart or Stuart (not 100% sure how he spells his name) was absolutely wonderful. He provided excellent customer service, and offered a discount or to send back the chair. The chair itself is very comfortable, especially the adjustable lumbar support (if you are a person with a bad back - great lumbar support).

Chair is comfortable, but after only 2 weeks of use, the staples that hold down the seat mesh started to come out (as reported in other reviews). I'm not even close to the weight limit for the chair, so this seems to be a design flaw and does not bode well for durability over time.
