I am usually a medium and bought 2 pair in size Large. I sized up based on reviews. One pair of the size Large underwear is about 2 inches larger on the sides than the other pair... that is also Large. The sizing is inconsistent so I gave 3 stars. That being said, I should have ordered true to size (medium) as they were both too big. Overall quality seemed legit. Snaps worked fine. I returned the draws.

I love this underwear! I had surgery on a fractured leg and cannot put on (or take off) pants/underwear in the traditional way. These have been a lifesaver! They're very easy to put on and take off. They're really soft and comfortable. I bought 5 pairs! I'm 5'0" and weigh 100 lbs. Size small fits perfectly.

I got a pair because I was having surgery. The elastic isn’t stretchy and they run small. I would recommend sizing up at least one size!

I purchased these thinking they'd be great for post hip surgery. I see now that the leg band would sit snuggly right on top of the anterior incision so this option isn't good for me. I have to return them but gave a 5-star rating because they are of high quality. These are just not right for someone, like me, who has a relative small waist but heavy thighs. I ordered based on the waist measurement and that didn't work.

Purchased this for my 86-yr-old Mom who was forced to wear adult diapers because of a needed catheter. She hated the adult diapers as they are horribly big for a tiny person. These allow her to eliminate the diapers and use this with a pad. It is so comfortable and she is so happy with this product. We re-ordered this product.

Runs small. Definitely size up especially if you are using these for surgery around that area
