Q: Are the tips fine enough to write on small chalkboard labels for spice jars?

If you turn them around from the bullet point to the chisle you could manage to write on the labels.

Q: Can these be used on pavement?

Yes but they won’t erase very easily! I’m not sure how hard it would be to get off pavement!

Q: Can I use these on fabric and will it wash out?

I don’t know, if they work on fabric. I would try using them, on a sample, of the same kind, of fabric you want to use them on. Give it a good, dark writing with multiple colors like red, black and blue (because those colors tend to be the hardest to get out, of fabrics in general) and wash them after the color has set in good and see what happens?

Q: Can these be used on coloring books?

Like other markers, there is some bleed through with chalk markers. I use paper between pages until the ink is dry. There are also some books that have black backs. But if you have drawings on both sides of the page in the coloring book, you will rise losing half of the drawings due to bleed through.
