Amazing products!
This was a lifesaver postpartum! The nightgown is so soft. The ice pads were amazing and helped me feel so much better. Loved the underwear - weren't bulky at all and they fit great! The angled peri bottle made a huge difference and I felt so much cleaner. Only regret I have is not buying more of the products.

BUY IT! WORTH THE MONEY!
This is honestly the best thing! The gown and socks were perfect and as many times as I went to the hospital during late pregnancy, it was nice having my own soft gown and socks. Everything else in the postpartum care kit was PERFECT! The ice pack maxi pads were incredible and felt so soothing. The perineal healing foam was helpful with cooling and helping to keep clean and soothe pain. The witch hazel pad liners were awesome and were loke Tuck's pads that were super convenient and easy to use on the go! Also, these disposable underwear are stretchy and 100 times better than the mesh crap they give you at the hospital. They are comfy and feel nice and breathable, and almost feel like regular boyshort underwear! Last but not least, it comes packaged with care, and comes with a NICE carrying case. The attention to detail is shown and it makes the moment of bringing a small bundle of joy into the world just a little bit easier and for that I'm grateful! So I promise... do yourself or a loved one a favor and get this! You won't regret it!

Amazing! So worth it!
As a first time mom, I did a lot of reading in postpartum care while pregnant. My goal was an all natural birth and I knew I needed to be prepared for the recovery part of it. Because of that, I decided to invest in this kit. Yes, at first it looked like a lot of money, but 6 days postpartum I can tell you it’s totally worth it! I live in PR and unfortunately moms don’t get all the needed supplies at the hospital, hence why this was such a great purchase for me. The products are high quality, functional and effective. In my case, I used the gown after I had delivered. Once I got refreshed I wanted something a little warmer and this was perfect. The gown is nice and big so it’s very comfortable for those few nights. The socks were also really nice, making it easy to stay warm and move around. As for the pads, liners, foam, etc. All amazing! The cooling pads are great to help with the soreness and swelling, yet they can be a little weir and uncomfortable as they have a lot of air in them, but they work wonders. Bottom line, I would totally buy it again and gift it to someone.

ESSENTIAL!
I got this kit expecting to deliver at a birthing center. I ended up at the hospital where they have some good after care things, BUT it was still very much worth having these Frida items.I had an episiotomy, so having these cleansing and pain reducing items was especially helpfulWhat I loved most: the Peri bottle. It’s a million times better than what the hospital gives. It squirts upside down and is more precise in cleaning. Super gentle, but effective. The postpartum underwear.Very comfy, sturdy, and they provide full coverage. The hospital gives these strange fishnet material undies that don’t keep pads and cold packs in place as well. I ended up taking some home and using some there, but the Frida ones are way nicer. The gown and socks. Yeah the gown is big for many (one size fits most) but it’s comfy and I manage to make it work. I’m 5’4” and 130 at the moment. It’s definitely larger, but I make it work. the snaps are helpful for breast feeding and skin to skin. The gown is very soft, and it has pockets! The socks are thick, slip resistant and comfortable. The ones from the hospital are thin, scratchy and didn’t fit my 6.5 feet too well.I loved the healing foam. It’s cooling and feels nice.Items I felt “meh” about:cold pack pads. The ones they give at the hospital are the same. It was nice to have extras for when i got home.Perineal cooling liners: didn’t feel cooling or that great. I preferred the tucks the hospital gave, but ended up using both of these.I do wish this kit contained overnight pads, and numbing spray. These were given at the hospital, and I’m sure the Frida versions would be really great.Otherwise this was an amazing kit. Perfect gift for baby showers. Will buy again if I have another baby.
