Got this chair with a damaged part but reached out on Amazon to the seller and they responded in less than an hour ready to help and get me the part. The chair was super easy to build and is amazing for long sessions of working from home and gaming. I strongly recommend this chair if you see yourself sitting for long periods. Great design and has held up very well over the past few weeks. Look forward to trying any new models they may come out with 😄

This is a great chair for gaming and general computing. Assembly was pretty straight forward. It took me about 20 minutes to put the whole thing together. The parts are very heavy duty and the chair is very stable. The faux leather is very comfortable and the whole chair is very nice looking. My only complaint about this chair is the wheels. They are completely plastic and nowhere near as heavy duty as the rest of the chair. It also seems to gather lint very easily, which gunks the wheels up. Other than that, I love it.

I went through quite a few of the cheap chairs. The arms kept breaking, the back, rollers.This chair is adjustable in a number of ways making it extremely comfortable. I use this chair for both work and gaming. I can spend a whole day in it and never feel uncomfortable.I had been nervous about spending so much on a chair, but considering how much I spent in the last two years replacing the cheapo ones it's at least as much.I wish I had gone for a good quality chair like this sooner!Hit the button, add it to your cart. Love this chair! The quality is amazing and the included support pillows are great as well. Assembly was fairly straight forward for me.

the chair definitely exceed our expectation, the quality itself is solid and reliable, the back of chair can be adjusted to different angles which satisfies my needs under different conditions. The height and angles of the handles are also adjustable, we can always find the comfortable way to support our hand. Overall, we like this purchase.

At 5'4", 130 lbs I struggled to find a gaming chair that didn't make me feel like a kid sitting at the grown-ups' table, but this chair is PERFECT for me. Very comfortable, with neck and arm rests right where I need them and effective, adjustable lumbar support. Assembly was quick and easy, and chair was well-packed for shipping. If you're a gamer of smaller stature, I highly recommend this chair.

Update:Less than a year old and it is already failing. Seat cushion is flattening out thus you can now feel the hard base. This should not be happening. I only weigh 165 pounds. This is a BAD product. Save your money and buy something else. Total wate of money.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Had problems from the start. My experience with their customer support fell short in many ways from what I expect from a supposedly premium brand. This was a a first and last touch point for me and Karnox. Chair is good looking but I question the mechanical sustainability. The arm rests seem problematic. Seems to be a language understanding barrier between customer service and US customers. I am an advanced tech user who's clients rely on me for help, support and recommendations. I will not recommend Karnox.

Take one part a sport seat design you would find in an average luxury car, and one part average office chair. Put the two together and and you wind up with something like this. This chair is rather easy to assemble, and the material quality is above what I expected. However this is not a chair I would recommend for both price point and overall ergonomic design choices.Unlike an actual sport seat found in a car, there is little to no form in both the seating and backing surfaces to help bucket you into the chair and help keep you comfortable for long periods. Additionally, as there are few adjustments which can be made other than rocking it back, or or adjusting the tilt of the back, there is not much else to prevent you from constantly sliding out of it.The included pads are a nice after-thought, but that's just it, they're only an afterthought. The back has a very shallow spoon curvature to it, so any included pads you do figure out how to use with this chair may only serve to push you further out and/or you'll find yourself readjusting everything quite frequently to get comfortable again. Otherwise, it's an average faux-racing chair with out much or anything in terms of real comfort for more than an hour.Additionally if you're large or just have wide shoulders, this is likely not a chair for you as the rear curvature of the seat may push your shoulders forward leading to major discomfort over use.

Ich war Anfangs skeptisch bei dem Preis und den wenigen Bewertungen ob man dem ganzen Trauen kann, aber ich wurde definitiv nicht Enttäuscht!Der Stuhl wurde sehr schnell geliefert und war sehr gut Verpackt.Aussehen:Das Material sieht wirklich gut aus und ist auch sehr ordentlich und sauber verarbeitet.Die Haptik dieses Stuhls ist immer wieder toll und er ist definitiv ein Blickfang. Die beiden Kissen sind in der Höhe verstellbar wenn Sie angebracht sind und auch diese sind aus sehr schönem und gut verarbeitetem Material.Die Sitzbahn in Alcantara Optik ist sehr sehr schön gemacht und auch nach einem Monat täglicher langer Nutzung nicht abgewetzt und gut sauber zu halten.Komfort:Ich nutze den Stuhl nun knapp einen Monat täglich und würde Ihn nicht mehr missen wollen, er sitzt sich toll und ist auch lange sehr bequem. Der "Seitenhalt" sowohl an der Sitzfläche als auch an der Lehne erzeugen das Gefühl als würde der Stuhl einen umschließen und das empfinde Ich als sehr angenehm.Nachteile:1. Ich habe einen einzigen Nachteil an dem Stuhl festgestellt und zwar könnten größere Personen im Bereich der Schultern Probleme bekommen da beide Schulterblätter durch den Schalensitz nach vorne gedrückt werden.Ich empfand dies aufgrund meiner Größe und Arbeitsweise jedoch nie als störend bis jetzt.2. Nach dem auspacken und aufbauen roch der Stuhl relativ stark, dies legte sich nach knapp einer Woche.Abschliessend kann ich den Stuhl nur wärmstens Empfehlen und würde Ihn definitiv erneut kaufen.
