These positive reviews must have been paid for by the manufacturer or something. Very suspicious that i'm the only critical review here.The neck support brace is just a thin, fragile peice of fabric, and does not offer any support whatsoever.This 'neck support' actually made my neck feel worse after just 10 minutes of use.I have tried other neck support products that were given low star ratings on amazon. Even those were all better than this 'sports laboratory' one. They at least supported my neck. This one doesn't even do that! This product does not provide any support to your neck whatsoever, at least that's without the hot/cold pack installed.As you would expect from a fragile peice of fabric, it just bends. Please, do yourself a favour and avoid this product, unless you are just looking to use the hot & cold pack.In summary: this item sadly does not offer any support to your neck, especially without the hot/cold pack installed, since it's made of extremely thin, & soft fabric, and has. I don't know what the manufacturers were thinking when they released this for £18. It's not worth the high price. Maybe if it was £7 or so, it would be an okay thing to have just for the hot/cold pack. But anything more than £10, no thank you, id rather go for a more premium product then.PROS:1) the hot & cold pack seems to work good, and seems to be of a decent quality. The cold side was cold out of the box. So if you are purchasing it for the hot & cold pack, that's pretty much all it's good for.Really this item should be advertised as a 'neck hot & cold pack' not a 'neck support'.CONS:1) does not support your neck at all without a hot/cold pack installed,2) does not support the front part of your neck whatsoever due to it's poor design,3) feels like it damages your posture after wearing it for more than 5 minutes.4) product is made of thin fabric, therefore useless for supporting the neck.5) useless for improving posture, despite being advertised as a 'neck support'.

Fabrics and materials used are of a premium quality and feel; trust me, this is important as even after prolonged use I did not feel any discomfort or irritation. It contains a 2-in-1 hot & cold pack, this is handy as it means wherever you go, you always have both with you and don't have to worry about carrying extra items with you or losing them! Unfortunately, we are now living in a world where it seems brand loyalty does not pay and that companies do not value your custom, thankfully this is not the case with Sports Laboratory. Inside the neck brace, I found a FREE sports laboratory product voucher, which is a lovely and unique gesture from the caring founders of this family run business. More reason to invest in this brand. All in all a brilliant product. Been wearing it for a few days now and can honestly feel my neck pains reducing. I have to recommend this to all millennials, who like me are suffering from 'text neck' pains!

I got this for myself as I have a trapped nerve in my neck and it brings a lot of discomfort when it flares up usually during a day. It makes it impossible for me to feel comfortable and it really effects my ability to drive or pick up objects. I have ben using this product for the last few days and whenever my injury flares up, I use the cold therapy method to numb and decrease the inflammation. it works wonders as it totally eliminates the throbbing sensation or the tensed muscle I get as a result of the injury. I also have used the the neck support whilst I am driving for Uber as lack of natural movement locks up my neck more than it should. Therefore I tend to heat up the pack and just wear it throughout the day to keep my muscles from being tense and allowing them to stay warm and fluid. I did not think such a simple item would work this great but it has changed my life around to where i was being extra careful to not bring about my injury to just behaving quite naturally.

I have noticed a massive change, the pain has decreased and I do not get as many stiff necks. I absolutely recommend this to anyone that experiences neck pain.

I’ve worn a lot of neck collars in my time. A number of years ago I had my C6 vertebrae removed and then had a fusion done using some bone from my hip. Prior to this surgery and for a good time after I required to wear a surgical collar. The operation was very successful. Recently I’ve had some nerve pain radiating to my shoulder which I’m told by the Physiotherapist is originating from my neck. She suggested wearing a collar, especially when sleeping, to give some support. The Neck Support Brace Pro has been excellent in providing comfort and support. I particularly like how neatly it fits which is much easier to wear than some of the collars I’ve used in the past. The facility to use heat or cold via the pack is an additional bonus. It is an inexpensive and very useful support that is certainly worth trying for those who suffer neck related pain.
