I bought these as a christmas present and I saw that at the time they were £19.99 reduced from £130 which I presumed was because of the black friday sale. They recently got delivered and I have to say that the packaging was that of a cheap pair of earrings- just a very basic black box with "Alex Perry" written on top, nothing high quality about it. The earrings themselves are quite pretty but they are quite basic looking, more for casual wearing in my opinion (what do I know, I'll let my girlfriend decide what occasion she wears them for). All in all it's an alright pair of earrings however if I were to spend a large amount of money on a pair of earrings I'd want it to come in a nicer more high quality box. I know I have said some critical things about this product but the earrings are nice at the end of the day the box isn't overly important as you could store them in a jewelry box as most people have one and the customer service received was great! My advice would be to be cautious about the price.

Bought as a gift for a mature lady. I think she will like them. However the reason I dropped stars in the rating is because the scroll/butterfly backs are too small and lightweight for the size and weight of the earrings.In order to improve the chances of my sister being able to wear them I had to order a set of larger backs for them - I doubt she would manage the tiny, lightweight ones.So they are pretty and classy but I marked down on value for money as it cost me extra to buy more suitable backs, and I marked them down for comfort as I found them quite fiddly to put in with the original backs. But overall they look nice and good quality and would make a nice gift for a woman who likes classic style jewellery.

Not as sparkly as the picture shows, rather dull actually. Shame as they're quite pretty, maybe will look better in bright light. Only giving a 3 star as the earrings were put in a small plastic bag inside a necklace box instead of displaying them properly in an earring box. Just looks tacky, so glad I didn't send this as a gift as I would have been highly embarrassed

I bought the earrings for me I love the design but I feel if the size was half the earrings will be more confortable and why the stick to put is fixed by a side of the earing and not at the center I have wearing them for all the week.. (bed shower and daily life) the colours still perfect I have not regrete but I can't wearing all the time as I do with others I got

Unfortunately the earrings were damaged on arrival, the damage was not obvious when the package was delivered, when I opened the packaging I found that the earring box was so badly damaged that one earring stem was flat against the earring back, as this was a gift and time was quite short I managed to straighten the bent stem but the presentation box was beyond repair, as this was a gift with the matching necklace both items went in the necklace box.Given that no obvious damage could be seen on the outer packaging, when was the earring box damaged.

When I where an earring of this type I want the stick of the earring that goes through the ear lobe to be in the centre of the stud, I really don’t like earring where the stick is in the corner, it’s ok if it’s a dangly style earring but when its supposed to sit on the earlobe the stick for me needs to be in the middle. The only way to get the earring to sit central lobe is to force the back onto the stick really tight and then it’s not comfortable. Had I of seen before I bought I wouldn’t have bought them. Very disappointing and obviously as it’s earrings they can’t be returned. I would recommend not to buy them
