First; they came on the stems and not stems included as the description stated.. Secondly they were all squeezed together in a terrible way, but once I finally pulled them off their stems which was challenging.. I finally managed to get them apart and then came the tasks of shaping them to resemble what was shown with stated in the description and believe me they make it sound easier doing it then it actually is.. Nevertheless they were all different in sizes, some were 3-4 inches, about (3-4) of the heads to be frank, and the rest were about 5.1/4 in inches, other than that they served their purpose for the reason I purchased them..
