I'm STUNNED by the QUALITY of this cover from India--made to EASILY INSTALL on a normal ironing board--I will have to do some adjusting because my board is on my door and the back of the board has poles on both sides that go over the top of the door and are PERMANENT, so the board can be pulled up to be stored--but I will GLADLY MAKE THE ADJUSTMENT DUE TO THIS COVER BEING SOOOOOOOOOO NICE--be sure to measure your board, I did and it fits PERFECT

I like this product overall. The pattern is nice and the color is lovely. I haven’t noticed any color transferable onto my lighter fabrics, which is something I worried about. My only issue is that the padding is thin. I can easily feel the metal of my ironing board through the padding. It hasn’t effected the projects I’ve worked on, it’s just a bit annoying when I run my hand across my fabric.

Its to small. This is for a portable ironing board I hv my Grandmothers antique wooden one. I thought for sure it would fit.Does this pattern come on a longer one?

I liked the look and feel. This review is only for the over the door ironing boards for 14x42. Please see the attached pictures because it was almost impossible to get this to stay on. Let me start by saying that there is nothing at the bottom of the cover to hold this on the board because as you can see, these types of boards don’t have a little hangover lip for the elastic band to hold onto. These types of boards have a small plastic tab that sticks out under the sides of the board which is there for you to attach the covers to. However, the PROBLEM IS THAT THIS COVER DOESN’T HAVE HOLES IN IT ON EITHER SIDE TO HOLD IT TO THE BOARD. And that my friends is the issue. While I cut a small hole on both sides, trying to pull it down to measure where the holes should go was so frustrating and my fingers hurt just trying to pull it because it’s a very tight fit. You will have to be a creative person to come up with your own idea of how to keep it on. I got it done but believe me when I say I almost sent it back. So please be ready for the struggle if you intend on keeping it. You’ve been warned.

It took me a few minutes of struggling to realize I was putting it on backwards. It’s truly easy to put on if you have it turned the right way. Lol. It’s very beautiful, but the padding could be a little thicker.

Took 2 people to put it on my ironing board but once it was on it was a perfect fit

Surprised my wife with this, she is happy with it. It fits snuggly with a flat smooth finish and feels quite durable. Installation was easy and it stays quite secure, no moving around while ironing.

It’s way thinner than what the description stated.
