This sleeve and tip from silicone looked like the perfect Apple Pencil 2 protector. The tip cover has extra protection and you can charge the pencil with case on it. The problems began when the pencil consistently slips out of the case unless you are really gripping them together or they are pointing up. This is supposed to be a protector but it definitely is not.

I was iffy reading the comments that say it doesn’t charge, because it is very important to me that it is able to charge in this case. I can confirm that it charged my Apple Pencil from 20% to 100% equally as fast as if it wasn’t in a case. It feels AMAZING in my hand and over all I am very satisfied with it. I highly recommend :)

Would I buy again?: NoSummary: The cap fit when I first purchased it -- then never again -- it would fall. Also, mine came with a pebble (lol wat) inside the cap. Every 20-30 minutes I have to re-position the entire cover around the apple pencil. It's pretty frustrating, to the point I threw it away.

Nicely designed, feels nice to hold and does have some limited protection. However, the deal breaker is that the pencil does not charge properly. When attached to the iPad, the charge status does come on (so it seems that it is recognized and connected) but it does not charge or extremely slowly.

Three months of almost daily use, writing and coloring and placing it on the slot my case has for the pencil and it still feels snug like when I first put it on and texture feels good too.

At first I loved it now I hate and replaced the more you use it slides up half way other ones out there look at that slide down vs slide in

It’s very flimsy when trying to use the magnet. It doesn’t hold like it does without the cover.

After a short period of use the nib covers became very loose and the sleeve itself allows the pencil to slide out freely. Not recommended.

I like the design of this cover for the apple pencil 2. It's simple, and it works. Originally I was not too fond of the cutout for the logo. However, I have found it actually helps orient the pencil for charging and use. I find that the fit is quite loose and prone to slipping. Though I realise a more snug fit might make it harder to put it on. Also, the cap is great but prone to coming off. Overall. I am happy with the purchase because there isn't much else that ticks all of the boxes.
