Lorne sausage made at home
I made the lorne with 250g 5% beef & 250g pork 5% mince, 2 slices wholemeal bread into breadcrumbs (2xHeB) & 20g of this seasoning. Mixed & pressed into a clingfilm lined 1lb loaf tin (next time will try with egg to bind). Family loved it & low fat. Definitely will buy again.
