Great bag thats compact enough not to get in the way of a busy commute but can expand when you need that little (or a lot) of extra space.There is an easy access zip on the side. I have mixed feelings about this. Although its easy to grab bit from inside, it makes it equally as easy for thieves to do the same. I plan to sew a small lock so it can be secured.No other issues apart from that.Straps are comfy and soft.Material has a good feel and looks really nice. But time will tell how durable it will be. I have to be cautious that I dont scrape it against a wall incase the material gets damaged and ruins the look.Would recommend for sure.

Very nice back pack , I have one (similar size )other brand which was like £60 , the only difference is that back padding is better and more solid , other wise very similar quality .I bought for dog walking and day in a city.I’m not sure if good water resistant but nylon really looks like good quality.

This bag is perfect for what I use it for- as a teacher, I carry my laptop and teacher planner plus lunch and various extra pieces of marking, to and from school every day. I love how the top rolls down to give extra capacity as needed and people often stop in the street to compliment my bag! On first inspection, the bag feels quite flimsy but is doing fine so far. The two things I would say could improve the bag are thicker straps and padding at the back and the inside zip pocket makes the bag uncomfortable if you have things in there- so I don’t use that pocket- there are several others so it’s not a problem.

I use it constantly for uni, my laptop and cover doesnt fit inside the laptop holder so it catches when i try to put my laptop in the normal part of the bag, the many pockets are very handy though

I really loved this backpack which I got a few weeks ago but the strap has already broken and completely fallen off. I didn't have a heavy load in it and would really like a replacement backpack as I didn't get my money's worth, unfortunately.

I am really impressed with this little backpack. It has a great size, front, side and internal pockets. Quality is not first class but really good overall. I got mine in sand/beige colour to use over my summer holidays and small day trips. Love the fact that the roll on top give you some size flexibility and how easy was to clean it after a pretty dusty and sandy holiday. I used the delicates cycle in the washing machine and it came out in perfect condition and is ready for my next trip! Highly recommend if you do not want to spend a lot of money in a new one, don't need to be carrying super heavy weight and don't necessarily need a waterproof bag.

I never write reviews but this bag has massively exceeded my expectations. It’s half the price of another similar bag I had my eye one and I honestly thought I’d order this, the quality would be terrible and I’d immediately return it.Well I was definitely wrong! I love it! It’s a lovely nylon fabric, loads of internal pockets, and comfy on the back, even with a heavy load. The roll top is great, allows me to stuff more in if I need to. I love that there’s a slot for everything. This fits my 13 inch laptop, iPad, notebook, pens, various cables and chargers, umbrella, a small makeup bag and reusable bag. I can add a lunch box too. I keep the front pocket for phone, keys, cards etc. There’s also a hidden pocket behind the front one, with the zip on the side. The other side zip that opens to the main compartment is great for quickly grabbing my reusable bag at the tills or my umbrella too.If I had one wish, I would only change the colour on the inside to something a little brighter, as it can get dark in there, but honestly, for 20 quid, just but this! It’s great!
