Finished my project in no time
I used this to spray semi gloss Foundation armor at 350 to stamped concrete after power washing(days after for drying time) I did need to change the nozzle tip to the fine spray because too much of the sealer was spraying out AND I had over pressurized the container(first time using) once I corrected my mistakes, I was finished within 10 minutes. I had used a roller to save on a special sprayer but ended up using more product and leaving pools of sealer that looked “amateurish “ now this looks like someone actually knew what they were doing ! Easy cleanup , just spray back into gallon container. Hopefully this will last a few years. Get the SS , you won’t regret it when cleaning up.

Great for spraying Foundation Armor Products
Have used with two different FA products and it works well and cleans easily with xylene- my rolling days are over. What an upgrade

Best sprayer I ever owned.
I know this sprayer is listed as a concrete sprayer, however I bought it for insect and weed control.Best builtsprayer that I've seen, and I had several.I read the reviews that said they had leaks.Five minutes,a roll of teflon tape, and a wrench an all your problems would be solved.I wanted a cone nozzle to use spraying an the Chapin 6-6000 nozzle works great.Customer service was also good.

Stainless huh. It has iron in it . Cheap stainless.
I had the original red one . So when it was time for its replacement. I figured I spring for the stainless . Crap stainless pin hole leaks started out the side just after a few weeks of using it. And the stainless gets surface rust. But that scrubbed off with a scrubby. Plus the seams turn color as well. Press welds. Should have stuck with the red one that lasted years.. And Chaplin for two hundred dollars you could use a better pump shaft. Regular steel. Those always go bad first. Maybe aluminum or stainless. This is you best hand pump..

Sprayer is great for solvent based concrete sealers
I used this unit to apply a clear sealer to 5,000 sq. Ft. of concrete and stone for a "wet" look. The unit performed well considering the corrosive nature of the liquid. The O ring withstood xylene etc. Unit must be cleaned throughly after use.

Quality Sprayer- worth the Xtra $ over the non stainless version
I have both the non stainless X-treme Sprayer and this one. I spray primarily solvent-based stain sealers on driveways/sidewalks. To be fair, the red one has had quite a bit of use, however, maintaining it i.e., cleaning it isn't as simple. With time and multiple cleanings, the red painted finish also comes of vs. the stainless stays intact.Additionally, the interior of the stainless version is also stainless- again the same benefit for cleaning after use.I did consider a stainless version from one of Chapin' main competitors, however, there were a number of negatives voiced by commercial users sufficient for me to stick with 'Made in America' Chapin. I think you'll be quite satisfied rolling with Chapin on this one.

So-So Assembly
I bought the “stainless” because I use a strong solvent-based sealer. Still eats the black paint. Cheap stainless. Could have been better assembled.
