PlantFusion Vegan B12 from, Premium Vegan Vitamin B12 for Women and Men (500mcg), Natural Energy Supplement, 100 Tablets

Quality + vegan in a supplement recommended by my PCP.

Bought this for the first time. Throwing caution to the wind, one has to take this for two or more consecutive months to notice the difference. I have noticed the difference. Also I buy a lot on Amazon but I will say Amazon is pricey so I would recommend shopping around for a better deal as I found this item $30.00 cheaper on EBay. Sorry Amazon you need to drop your price not only with this item but many others that I have found for less. I understand you are in the business to make money and yes you do have good deals but $30.00 is quite the difference. Other than that I am happy with the purchase.

Glad for this product

This is my third purchase of these B12 and even though I don't need B12 every plant based vegan should take B12, and I do. I have been a plant based vegan over 20 years and what solidifies my belief in vitamins is the blood work.

I had Lyme Disease and went to a Support Group and learned from them that the "B" vitamins are very helpful and are good for you. I had been feeling run down for a while, and remembered that B12 is good for you, so I ordered your product and started taking it. I immediately felt more alive and better than I had for awhile. I ran out of the first bottle so I bought another brand. When I started to run out of that I bought your brand because I think it is better because it is Plant based. I told my doctor I was taking 500 MG and that I felt better, had more energy. He told me to up the amount to 1000 MG a day, so now I take 500 MG in the A.M. and 500 MG in the evening. I would recommend your brand to others.

I use this for both the humans and the animals with good results. The best part...it's Vegan!

The vitamins are okay. I thought they were chewable, but these are not unfortunately. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because after we had been taking them for a couple of weeks, I found a random pill in the bottle. (See pic, but note that I drew black on it to make sure I didn't accidentally take it because I don't know what it is).
