I am really enjoying this new workbook! What I like most is the structure it gives me to remember each lesson. By using the different sections as instructed I am concise in my notes and I think of different aspects of the lesson. Most importantly, when I go back to review my notes before my next ride, the notes are effective at giving me the memory cues to keep working where I left off after my lesson.

I opened the book to a journal and had kind of shock that the first half of the journal was a journal for the Bible. The dressage journal was in the back half...

Love it.

This journal is amazing! It really helps me to process what I learned at my lessons, and repeat it when I’m on my own. The dot grid on the arena diagrams make is so easy to accurately draw the figures. I can’t wait to buy the other version for my jumping lessons!!
