This product does not feel plasticky and you can hardly tell it is on the cot. There is no plastic or rustly noise when you push down on it.My daughter is nearly 1 and is not sicky and has not leaked a nappy enough to test the water resistance of this mattress protector so I cannot comment on how 'bomb proof' it is, but it fits our Mamas and Papas cotbed mattress well.It does take a while to dry when washed so I recommend washing in the morning!

Haven’t tested out how well it actually works yet at preventing leakages. However I’ve struggled finding a protector for the Joie roomie and this is a perfect fit for it! Really soft and seems like it will be good.

Bought this after I had my baby in case he wees on my bed 😂 definitely doesn’t go through to the mattress, I put another bed cover over it because it’s not soft to sleep on, but it is worth the purchase

Super soft material and a great waterproof layer to go beneath the cot bedsheets. Fits perfectly on my Chicco Next 2 Me crib mattress. Would buy again
