Product label says 100 % hibiscus oil, I believe it has large amount of carrier oil
It does soften because it is an oil and it seems to moisturize but no hibiscus scent. I do not feel this is 100% pure hibiscus oil?

Awesome oil
Love this oil. Used it everyday on my face. Plan to try more of there oils. Love the sample oils they send me as well. A go to for oils from now on.
