This was not the first nor will it be the last purchased from this company. A Fun puzzle to assemble but a missing piece … my step son was beside himself…however customer service helped with the return and issue of a new one within a day… impressive. Graphics are clear and pieces are sturdy. Hats off to great customer service and a quality product. :))

This is my very first decent sized puzzle and it was great! Just the right level of difficulty! Took about 6/7 hours to complete

These are great and I have the whole collection, however, I do wish these pieces held together better so you can build sections and lift - but these puzzles don’t fit snugly enough to pick up.

I’m a huge Harry Potter nerd and have read the series a number of times now. When I saw this puzzle I had to have it. The pieces are large, thicker, and easy to put together. Some parts were a little challenging, but overall this was such a fun puzzle to do and it didn’t take very long to put together. I will definitely be buying more of this brand!

I really enjoyed doing this puzzle. It went together really quickly, so if you are looking for a hard puzzle, this isn’t it. I can’t walk away from a puzzle once I’ve started it so I like ones I can do in a fairly short time. It was beautiful. Looked just like the picture.
