Magic The Gathering - Restoration Angel (32) - Avacyn Restored

I was very happy with the quality of this item upon its arrival. This was worth the money I spent.

I feel bad for the restoration angel. When Avacyn told her she was going to be in charge of restoration, she was probably overjoyed that she'd be healing the sick, saving the lives of wounded soldiers, etc. etc.In practice, the restoration angel spends most of her time restoring Thragtusks so they make more wee little 3/3 beasties and gain more life, and to add insult to injury she's been stuck 'restoring' the Thragtusk stables. Despite Avacyn's pep talks on how Innistrad's dairy business is booming from all the Thragtusk cheese, the restoration angel feels, deep inside, that she's missing her calling.Avacyn knows how to get things done, so don't feel bad putting the restoration angel in your deck even if it's just to bounce Thragtusks and block nasty 3/2 geralf's messengers out of nowhere. Those are not glamorous things for a card to do, but they are very, VERY efficient things. Sometimes the most efficient use of our time isn't the most glamorous one.And maybe, while you're at it, give the restoration angel some Augurs of Bolas to restore, or some Elvish Visionaries to inspire. She'll feel more satisfied with her calling, and more importantly, you'll draw more cards and have a better deck.

this card goes best with "when it enters the battlefield" type cards like thragtusk or snapcaster mage to recycle the abilitys.
