Designers Impressions654679 Oil Rubbed Bronze Tub Shower Combo Faucet - Three Handle Design and Multi-Setting Shower Head - Convertible

The fit and finish on the valve handles and shower head look and feel great. About the same as any $500 faucet on the market. This next part is not a big deal but never seen this. The brass is coated with something, not sure what it is, turning it yellowish in color. See pictures.THE WORST PART OF THE ENTIRE THING!! The valves for the handles are PLASTIC, DON'T like that much. BUT looking at others at Home Depot and Lowes and ACE those are plastic as well!!! This faucet is just as good as ANY faucet on the market and for a FOURTH of the price!!!!!!

Here is my biggest complaint with this set up, First off my old waterline assembly was cast iron and about 1" thick inside dimension. what they don't show you in the photos is the water line assembly behind the wall. This unit is soft brass about 1/2 thick and bends very easy so whoever is install especially if its you do not make the mistake of putting to much force in tightening your water lines like i did or you will bend the cheaply made unit. other then that the pieces look good but if you want to do it right and if i could do it all over again i would update this unit to a single knob versus this 3 knob system.

Quality is ok, but one of the handles got stripped within a month of installing it. I contacted the company and they sent me the part free of charge and fixing it was simple. The set is beautiful again. Thank you!

Was building a new bathroom at a vacation rental property in the middle of no where and ordered this set to take with me to install. Everything looked okay but not as solid nor robust as other valves I have seen. The 90 degree drop ear hardware for shower head and tub faucet are not included and there are no drop ears on the valve to secure to frame. Installed and tested and immediately have water leaking out of one valve. Took valve apart and piece of plastic drops out which turned out to be the piece that stops the handle from turning too far. This was broken in a way that allowed water to come out of handle. Since I was 800 miles from home and needed to get this completed ASAP I had to try to find a valve and did not try to contact seller to replace the valve.

The hardware looks very nice. However, the shower head is plastic, not bronze, and doesn't give you a very wide water spray. The bathtub spout was obviously designed for a kit that doesn't have a diverter (has a pull-up lever). On the bright side, though, that's why it's so inexpensive

After installing this product I couldn't get any water pressure, after taking it all apart again there were tears in some of the gaskets. The instructions that came with the product was actually for a single handle fixture not a three handle, and there isn't actually a plunger on top of the tub spout. I was very excited about this product since there isn't a very big selection for 3 handle fixtures out there anymore, but was thoroughly let down.

Very nice set, great quality. Rated it 4 stars because one valve was busted when I had received it, but I was able to get it replaced free of charge in a quick manner threw the manufacturer, who btw has great customer service. I am happy with this purchase.

Item is fairly cheap in quality and not serviceable. If a part breaks inside of it the entire union has to be replaced/wall has to be opened up. Plus as other buyers have said, the tub spout has a drain handle on it that is completely useless in this set up.
