KAVUWatchband - Nylon Webbing Wrist Band for Any Watch Face

The media could not be loaded.  I got this to replace the band to a Timex ironman, which I've had for 25 years and have gone through three OEM straps. The smaller size of this band fits great. I just wish the listing had videos of how the band goes on. The full Velcro unclasp is annoying to get on each time. Any adjustment to tightness requires you to fully pull off the band Velcro. It's a two hand process. Small adjustments aren't easy, which I often like to do as my band gets soaked in sweat or if my activity needs full range of motion from my wrist and the watch was sitting in the wrong spot. To take the entire thing off and hold it steady for realignment, I can't help feeling like there must be a better/easier design. But hey, I'm not a product designer. Maybe not. If it works and it's $10, I guess that's what counts.I kept it and will use it. Just wouldnt recommend it to everyone and anyone if I'm annoyed of how it goes on.

This product looks great. Exactly the type of look I want for my watch.Two MASSIVE problems!!1) you have to procure random watch parts to even make this band semi functional. Look at your current watch band you see the spring loaded piece that clicks the band to the actual watch. Hope you have two extra because they aren't included with this band. Or you need to break old watch band to harvest this part. Makes no sense.2) Even once you Google the Kavu instructional video on how to install their watch band (never a good sign, needing a video to understand how your version of a basic product is used is ridiculous). $20 says 80+% of you are wearing a smartwatch. Smart watches that wirelessly charge.....not with this band!! So if you want to charge you're watch, you have to take it apart again and again, every night just to charge it.Overall I had to return because even though it's beautiful, it doesn't work for 2021 or the future.

Hmm. I work in healthcare, hands are always in the water. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, snorkeling...hands always in the water. This band holds water. So, it’s not working for me. Stays damp for hours.Also, even with readjustments, the band is scratchy. The edges don’t line up right on slender wrists. My bf takes it off my wrist when he visit, because it scratches HIS skin, when I get near him. That’s a lot of unpleasantness for a wristband. It does come off easily with a quick tug. So if you don’t: wash your hands, sweat, get near others, or have slender wrists, it’s a a great band.

Perfect size and variety of colors. I needed some wrist bands for the remotes of my Garmin e-collars for my dogs. Sometimes I take my two dogs out to the ranch and they'll try to attack my goats and I need quick access to their e-collars to deter them from going near the goats. I can't be fumbling around with the remotes on a lanyard and these different color straps help me to identify which remote goes to what dog collar. There is more than enough on the straps that I could put these on my upper arm or someone with a way bigger wrist than me could wear them. I like the velcro because it just gives me so much to work with-- I could probably attach these to a backpack strap too.

This Velcro watch band works the way it should, unlike almost most other Velcro bands. I needed a watch band that will keep my watch on and yet allow me to remove it quickly in a situation where it might get snagged. I am a member of the U. S. Coast Guard auxiliary and the requirement is to wear a Velcro band on safety patrols is so that in a bad situation, you can release it quickly so that if the band gets caught on something while on duty, you don't get your hand ripped off. The problem with almost ALL Velcro watch bands, is that the strap stays on by having the bitter end going through a plastic loop on the band. So, ironically, the reason for having a Velcro watch band is defeated, because the plastic loop will still keep you from being able to swiftly remove that watch in an emergency situation. This Kavu watch band works totally only by Velcro keeping it on your wrist. If you need to remove it quickly, one pull at the strap and it falls freely. I have been trying to inform others who need to use a Velcro strap, that their Velcro band is still dangerous and will not come off their wrists with one tug at the strap end.

I do a lot of active stuff and my watch (which I like to wear snugly) sometimes digs into my arm, so when I saw these were done with tubular webbing I thought that would be just perfect to add a little padding without being crazy, and so it has been. There’s a little more bulk but it’s a sports band so that doesn’t bother me. My wrist is so much happier than with thinner nylon bands! My only complaint is that the logo is huge, but you can tell that from the pictures, so it’s not like that’s a surprise.

Didn't like this band because it makes my watch stick out from my wrist a lot more than other bands that I prefer. It also slides around a bit -- if I set the velcro more snugly, then the extra length of strap at the inner/tail end pokes into my wrist uncomfortably. With a thicker band like this one, it's harder to wear long sleeved shirts. See photos: Green is this Kavu band, marroon is a timex band that I find more comfortable.Positives: I liked the color and pattern. Most retailers don't sell fun/colorful/patterned bands for dumb watches anymore.

Very comfortable watch band. Easy to weave onto watch head. Overall it will be a great replacement band for a timex expedition watch i have owned for 10 years. My only reason for giving 4 stars is i paid $13 for a watch band that came with a $10 tag. Also the kavu tag on the wristband is a bit large in my opinion and not very attractive. But other than that it is a nice product.

That along with the retro design and bold colours is what attracted me to this strap.I have a waterproof Casio watch which is great for travel (long lasting battery, simple and tough) and it is perfectly complemented by this strap. Made in Seattle USA, you can feel the high-build quality and strong stitching as soon as you pick it up.The strap itself is extremely easy to attach to a watch face and can be customised to any size of wrist. On your wrist the nylon tubular webbing is soft to the touch but tough and durable. In warm weather the strap is particularly comfortable and can be worn for a long as you want without the need for adjustment.The Velcro on the strap is very grippy making for a secure fit even when it gets wet. This gives you the confidence that it will stay fixed whatever activity you want to do. As well as being strong, the unique design really makes your watch stand out from the crowd adding style to whatever outfit you wear.

You can't use this without covering the back of watch if you have a Heart Rate monitor its now useless.Even with an averaged sized wrist it is terribly uncomfortable due to the hook and loop portion is directly on your skin since the band itself does not make it all around your wrist.. depending on how big your wrist is depends on how much velcro digs into your skin.Even the company logo has a terrible stitch job and is coming apart on mine.You can find better as I will will start to search for !!Don't waste your money

This band perform well and other that a few little issues getting it to fit my watch due to the width of the band and the pins and pin size on my watch all was as expected. the Band Velcro watch bands have a few extra details that make it a bit better in my opinion (Velcro tab to help hold watch in place as you wrap the band on your wrist....and small rows of stitching to keep band from fraying in you need to cut some length off if it is too long) Colour, design came as selected when purchasing and was delivered in 2 days....thanks

fit me perfect, very comfortable too, does not irritate the skin cuz the edging is rounded, so adjust it properly and you hardly feel it on. i am buying another, great designings.
