Very high quality, easy assembly and sturdy design make this a game changer. Finally I can stop buying the pads and solution. I use a vinegar/water solution for my tile and it does a fantastic job!--UpdateThe spray function has malfunctioned, it would do one good spritz, then fizzle out each time. Luckily it was within the return window so I had it replaced.

Like it better than any other I have used

I ordered a water spray mop looking at the cleaning scrapper and extra 2 microfiber cloth but I got only rod and one mop . And the quality is so low quality and even water spray bottle had scratches and the rod is like plastic and horrible quality.

This mop is not friendly use. It will drop off in middle while doing mop to the floor. And mainly the spray it does not work properly as it was build to function.

Quality dissatisfaction, very light weighted and the pressing part for the water spray is broken.Clean brush for the mop is also missing.

1. It came with poor packaging, not a good first impression.2. The product didn't look professional, all the tools are of low quality plastic.3. There wasn't any manual to assemble, use and maintain the product. (Though it doesnt take a 6 yr old to assemble the product, it shows how passionate the manufacturer is towards producing these products)4. Used it for one room, filling up the bottle with water. Within 5 minutes, the spray handle breaks and doesn't work. The mop also isn't of great quality.5. Waste of money. Waste of time. Waste of energy.Utterly dissapointed.
