Worth it but time consuming
Super cute set of decorations but make sure you have LOADS of time to set up. Everything must be personally constructed. Give yourself an hour to assemble every piece. Super cute and affordable though so I highly recommend.

Everything looked great once it was put together but it took a minute to figure out how to build each piece. Allow yourself time to make these decorations.

Package had all the items as described. Assembly was needed, as stated. The Pom Pom balls were difficult to make pretty. All the rest assembled easily enough and made a pretty party. Good value for the low price and the convenience of Amazon delivery. I would buy it again.

Cool looking but difficult and poor quality
Paper decorations took a lot more time and effort than indicated. The main issue was the clear balloons with the black confetti. They just didn't hold the helium and deflated within an hour. The black balloons lasted almost 24 hours and 4 balloons had holes in them and were useless.
