I had looked at a number of cotton swab/cotton ball holders and when I saw this I was immediately taken with it. This container is very attractive. It is intricate and ornate and looks so stately so it is not only ornamental but useful. It is an adequate size for the purpose and feels quite solid. I am very happy with this purchase and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Prettier in person. The great part about it not being metal is no need to polish it and no counter rust when water comes in contact with it. Will be getting more in this collection.

This is listed as metal and it is plastic. This is absurd.

Very pretty like very much all tho top and bottom had scratches and smudges on it.

First, I don't think its steel. I think its plastic painted to look like steel. but I've had it close to a year, it has not faded or chipped, looks great and keeps my cotton swabs right where I want them.

I was surprised how heavy/sturdy this is, but I love the details of it. It's a great addition to my bathroom (though I use it for bobby pins instead of q-tips)

Classy look and elegant. Looks great. I purchased most of the collection and love all the pieces.

2 issues with the order: first it took 2 months to be delivered to a Prime Customer and second - the lid has 2 small indents that are quite visible in the bathroom light. I've decided to keep it as it matches the whole set but I would not recommend it.
