These powder sponges are just what I was looking for. These are the same as the porous and soft sponge that comes w/ Neutrogena packed mineral powder. I didn't want the applicators that have the slick outer coating used more for liquid foundation. I was trying to find the super soft sponges that are perfect for powder application - and these fit the bill. Now I can change the sponge every few weeks or so to keep bacteria to a minimum and have a fresh applicator. If you've been looking for a make up sponge without the slick outer coating, these are the ones!

At first I didn't think these were the makeup sponges previously ordered; but they were. The color was off, like when you store something a while and it loses its color. Also, something said to do a count, since it wasn't packaged like before. Package was smaller and tighter. I did the count and instead of receiving 36 pieces, there were only 32 pieces in the package. I don't know the functionality of the product yet, but this is my last purchase of this product.

I've been using these for years, I love that you get 36, one order lasts a long time. I use them for my powder foundation and it always goes on very easily, the texture of these pads is soft on sensitive skin.

There was a terrible odor coming from these pads, so bad, in fact, that I could smell them outside of my laundry room. Sadly, I threw them out. The packaging, as pictured, is just a mesh pouch, which, I think, doesn’t help. If packaged differently, they’d probably be ok.

They are a good size and density. They wash up well and last for quite a few applications...I use them for makeup application. Really don't have any complaints.

These are sort of thin -- one time use, I suppose. My kitten LOVES them, dang it. I find them all over the house!

They seem to be of good quality and should hold up nicely for a long time! I'm so glad to have plenty of extras now.

Found a cosmetic sponge that is not only great for my liquid foundation, but big enough to apply my make up evenly.
