What pain?
Okay so I've had this Ankle Sleeve for a little over two weeks. Here are my thoughts on the product...I work 10-12 hour days and am on my feet my entire shift except for my break times. I received the Copper Compression Recovery Ankle Sleeve (will refer to the product as CCRAS moving forward) on my day off, however, I did have some ankle discomfort (right side) and decided to wear it. Well about 15 minutes after putting it on, I noticed that my ankle wasn't bothering me any longer. I was impressed and couldn't wait to wear it the next day while at work. Its the next day and I'm getting ready for work, my right ankle is not bothering me at all, but my left one is, so I put on the CCRAS on my left foot and off to work I went. Got to work and was walking towards the entrance and noticed that my left ankle was still really bothering me and I was thinking that the day before was a fluke, however, I left it on and proceeded to work. About 15 minutes into my shift, my friend says, "Did you buy two new ankles or were you faking it?" And that's when I really noticed that my left ankle wasn't bothering me any longer. So I have been wearing the CCRAS every shift and I must say that it WORKS! At least for me it does. Before I got the CCRAS, at the end of my shifts my feet/ankles hurt, I dreaded the car rides home because it meant my feet would be resting and would have time to swell and hurt even more when I got out of the car. Walking to my front door was a slow and painful march. But not anymore. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not going to sit here and tell you that my ankles are fully healed and no longer hurt, cause that would be a straight up lie. I still do ice and heat packs, stretches and massage after I get home from work which helps even more with recovery.I have noticed that after a few washes in the delicate cycle and using Woolite, it has become a little less snug, but it is to be expected. All in all I really do love the CCRAS and will be buying another one soon. Just so that I can wear it on both feet and not have to alternate.

If you believe in witchcraft, you need to stop reading now
If you believe in witchcraft, you need to stop reading now and delete your Amazon account so you don't get taken in by any more hucksters. Copper infused apparel has NO curative benefit. That being said, I purchased this sleeve because it (along with a bonafide ankle support I purchased, Venom Neoprene Ankle Brace) brought my cumulative purchase amount to the "Same Day shipment"' freebie minimum. I have a 5th metatarsal ligament rupture that I have ignorantly been walking on since my accident and which has subsequently swollen my foot to gargantuan proportions. I decided to get serious & follow the Dr.'s orders. Now, the good part. I received both ankle supports the next day. with great labor I stuffed my elephantantisias foot into the diaphanously thin sleeve. Contrarily, it did not explode as an overstuffed sausage casing might, but instead provided immediate pain-relieving compression. So, it is far better than a lengthy elastic bandage wrap, it's thinness is not a flaw, and it's copper curative properties are pure B.S. But despite its apparent fragility, it did encompass my foot, it compressed, it feels good. Buy one without the "Copper" B.S.

Had good luck, and my ankles started giving me troubles
My initial thought was it was a three star product. Quick background, been aware of the advantages of cooper for many years, since I had a Chiropractor who big into natural remedies, so I went the Tommy Cooper compressions shorts for my first purchase. Had good luck, and my ankles started giving me troubles, so did my research. I liked what I read on these, but didn't know much about the company so I thought I'd give them a try. I liked the fact they came as a pair, since some of them were sold individually, not a huge deal.So I went with the recommended size after measuring my ankles, but they seem a tad bit loose. After wearing them the first few times, the stitching around the ankles felt tight and was a little annoying, but wasn't cutting off the circulation (that often happens). But after wearing them a few times, they started to conform to my foot and now I hardly notice them. I'm wearing them now. :)The advantage is in the cooper, not the compression, but I prefer that, because the old traditional compression sleeves were restrictive and bulky. If you want that, I wouldn't recommend these. Might be able to feel the cooper working, but it's more that that you notice relief in your ankles, and my ankles don't feel as "strained" (twisted it playing indoor soccer). They won't perform miracles, but they will help your body recover. That's my assessment, I'd purchase another product from them.

A product I would purchase again
I wanted to give this product a good test before writing this review. I purchased this product because I am recovering from a broken (and surgically repaired) fibula. Swelling has been a problem since the beginning (I developed a DVT) but is really a challenge since I have begun walking and physical therapy. Compression socks are good during the day (but uncomfortable) and not recommended or suitable for evenings/nights. When sleeping I am most comfortable with light compression and a little extra feeling of support. I can definitely attest that the ankle is less swollen on the mornings after having slept with the sleeve on. I'm not sure this product would be suitable for more than minor problems with swelling or instability.I have found this ankle sleeve perfect for my current needs... it provides light compression and just a little bit of stability at the joint. It is silky, sleek and extremely comfortable to wear. I can imagine when I no longer have to wear the more industrial compression socks and braces during the day that this brace will be a daytime go to product as well.

Too small. Bought for my boyfriend as he had ...
Too small. Bought for my boyfriend as he had a broken ankle years ago and still have pain. He's normally a large size(and that's what I bought). It didn't fit. I've tried on and even for me (I'm normally a medium size) it's too tight and uncomfortable.
