Got this just for belts in my closet. Makes them easy to see and find and not roll them up. Just be sure to balance it and not put too many/too heavy of belts on one side and not the other as it will offset it and might fall off the clothes rack.

Just as it looks and as described by Amazon and reviews. Chrome, a bit heavy, very sturdy. It is truly amazing how few functional BELT holders are on the market, particularly for men's belts. You will find dozens of TIE holders (which require a completely different design than belts) but a device that can hang in a closet system, be parallel with the other items on hangers (thereby not taking up valuable closet space), and have openings that hold belt buckles and allow belts to not overlap each other is nearly impossible to find. This Axi one comes as close as any I've seen.The device is 4.5" wide and almost 10" long (9.75") when hanging, with six hooks on one side and seven on the other.It could benefit from having hooks spread as wide as an average clothes hanger and hooks that pull in closer to the hanger device, but for the money, it'll do. A rubberized hanger and hooks that are rubber-coated would make this device better, but would also increase the cost. If you are like me, you have different belts for different suit/shoe/watch combinations and others for casual clothes. Thirteen hooks can fill up quickly. A longer device with more hooks on each side would be a step in the right direction.In short, there need to be better options and designs for hanging men's belts in a closet independent from ties. But for the money, easy of function, sturdiness and general design, this one is as good as it gets for now.

Be careful when ordering these hooks. I ordered one large one for $13.27 and one small one for $5.99 however they are identical in size so the one for $13.27 is a rip off. I could have ordered two of the "small" ones instead of one of the identical size "large" ones. I want to send the "large" one back but I don't know which one is the "large" one. See picture.UPDATE June 1 2018Amazon has made this right with me. The product itself is nice.....more solid than the plastic ones that i used to use that kept breaking. I don't see these ever breaking. The description for this still needs to be updated though because the small and the large are the same size.....unless i was sent the wrong one. Either way Amazon came through. Love Amazon.

On opening, and after reading another reviewers comments about rough edges, I did also notice some imperfections in the chrome finish that seem to be dust or fine grit in the finish and hence give the impression of 'rough' edges. And this can cause some concern about snagging. I suggest you examine it by rubbing your fingers along all the edges before hanging your best ties or scarves from this hanger.However, I 'scratched' them with my fingernail and a small piece of fine steel wool and now it's good to go. I know - it's a bit of a pain but it took like a minute to 'clean' the roughness from the hanger.Otherwise it's a solid hanger and will definitely last a long time. It hangs as a shirt would do in a closet ie front to back and so saves a lot of space. It has good spacing for belts and scarves and can accomodate most of my wife's such items. It will list to one side obviously if you only load unevenly on one side - but any similar hanger will do that as it's only supported in the middle with the single hook - remember Physics in school and the concept of pivots ?!?.Note however, that this is really a belt / scarf holder. You'll only be able to hang about 7 ties from this (without putting one on top of another) on the flatter hooks since the more curved ones aren't really for ties due to their shape. So unless you want to keep taking ties off to get to others underneath, I suggest you look elsewhere for a true tie holder. I still haven't found the ideal tie hanger yet !

I bought this for my husband, it holds a LOT of weight. I put two 42" belts on each hook and 1 year later its still going strong! I did try ties just to test it, it holds them but somehow my husband knocks 1-2 down each week. The hooks are smooth so maybe if they had more grip ties would stay a little better. I bought it for belts and it's definitely doing its job! This was a great purchase.

Great purchase.. helped tremendously with organization

It takes up some space on the coat hanger rail and the hook does not rotate so it can only hang one way.Not a problem to me but maybe to someone else otherwise it is pretty good.

This is such a good idea but the only thing I’ve had to do is knuckle down and tidy my wardrobe to make a little bit more room as understandably it’s wider than a hanger! Once tidy and purged it’s great to be able to find belts and ties very quickly. Very sturdy hanger.

Be careful when you hang clothes next to it as they could get caught on it, otherwise it is amazing. Sturdy and useful
