Love this stuff. I'm a bartender, love creating different simple syrups. The butterfly pea flower makes for gorgeous colors, oh and when citrus (lemon) is added to the beautiful blue it turns to a pretty purple! I did win a cocktail contest (wildcard round) with this.😁It is a little temperamental to work with if you get the water temperature wrong when making the simple syrup, had some clumping, that was on me tho...had to do a lot trial and error!Super easy to clean up, I got some of the powder on my white counter, freaked me out at first, but wipes up easily!I appreciate the health benefits aswell, not sure if the alcohol effects it tho😉

This is a great product. Not only is it edible, safe for naturally dying food, making teas and lemonade but it’s also a great beauty product. I use it in my bath water with goat milk. I make natural mud masks with it. This is a repeat buy for me.

I purchased the Butterfly Pea Flower Powder as a natural colorant for soap-making. When I received the package it had a recipe for Blue Moon Milk. Intrigued, I made it for both my mother and myself. Wow! How did I not know about this?1 cup milk of your choosing (I like whole milk)1 tablespoon maple syrup, or to taste1 teaspoon butterfly pea flower powder1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamonI added 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamomYou can also addpinch freshly ground nutmegWarmed and froth it with a whisk, absolutely delicious. The taste reminded me of french toast and it did calm both my mother and myself to where we were sleepy not long afterward. Will be making this again!

Great quality product and arrived quickly

Not the best taste ever and not sure if it really does anything

I use this as food coloring for my son. We do our best to limit any unnatural and unnecessary ingredients in our home, but I had to make a fancy smash cake for my son’s first birthday! This powder had no taste nor funny smell which made it perfect for dying the cake and icing. It also did not dye his skin, which I was surprised but very happy about! I did not have to use much to get the deep blue color. I add it to my green tea as well to make it a little more fun! I have also used it to dye Mac N cheese and cookies for my nieces and nephews! Just a fun natural dye for all sorts of things! This very quickly has become a staple for making food fun with the children in our family.
