Love it! The color is pretty in person and it was easy to install and works great!

Very simple and easy to install.Looks fantastic and the water "pattern" was a lovely surprise once it was operational. Had it in a couples months now and I have received lots of compliments from family and friends. Very easy to pull out to use the sprayer. The button to press to change sprayer easy to press and will stay on the selected spray even if water has been turned off

This is a very nice faucet. My husband installed it with no issues. It works and looks great! It is a little big (diameter). I thought I wouldn't like that, but it is not an issue and we love it! Looks very nice in our sink! A very good value compared to others we looked at. Very happy with our purchase!

After looking around at faucets in all price ranges, we settled on this one since it looked good and durable and was a good price. We didn't want to spend $300+ on a faucet! I am so pleased with this faucet and how nice it looks and feels. The brushed nickel is a perfect color to match our stainless appliances. So far it hasn't shown many water spots or fingerprints. The body is all metal and so is the spray nozzle. When you change to the sprayer function, it does come out in an odd pattern - the jets fan out to form a straight line. We weren't expecting this and it was odd at first, but now that we're used to it it's fine. The soap pump isn't metal, it's more of a higher end plastic, but I think that it matches the faucet well.Install was really fast and easy. We have a thin stainless sink so we used a piece of support plywood underneath (suggested in directions) and it made a big difference in supporting the faucet so that it felt more sturdy.What I like the most about this faucet - it came with everything we needed to cover up the holes from our old 3 handle + sprayer faucet in a fast 15 minute install!

With some hesitation I attempted to remove my old Kohler faucet (single lever with spray on the side). After about one and half hours, I was about to call the plumber but I started to rattle the faucet which caused the cracked base support underneath to fall off in pieces and then dripped all over as I went under the sink. I also got water from some hose dripping into my left ear. But once the support fell off I was able to pull everything up through the hole and get the old faucet out. Given the rust, it was not possible to disconnect the support nut by wrench or pliers. Then comes the easy part. Installation of this faucet is so easy even an old senior like me can do it (with neck and back ache consequences). Once in place, the faucet is so elegant (even better than the steel one) and functions like a charm. I washed the cast iron grills on my cooktop and rinsing them off with the sprayer function was such a breeze. This faucet is quite heavy and it is recommended to have wood added to stainless steel sink for support. But my stone sink has no problem. I am glad I chose Kohler again. Removal of this faucet 10 years later could be another problem as the ring screws on to the faucet stem to secure it and rust will certainly prevent the ring to slide back out again for removal. Maybe I should keep spraying the stem and ring assembly regularly with antirust spray.

I liked the look of the faucet. It was also sturdy, with heft. No plastic parts. Easy to install. The soap dispenser is a nice addition with a big soap holder. We called Kohler and they will stand by their products even if purchased through this 3rd party seller.

I can't say enough about this product It looks great in my kitchen.it is so easy to install. I love it and if you are looking for a nice one for the kitchen then you should consider this Kohler R23863-SD-VS Motif Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer and Soap Dispens. Lol. I sound like a salesman here

Excellent product. The price is reasonable for the quality of the product. I would recommend it to others.

Plain simple, everyday faucet. Not loud and brash.Only thing I dislike is the handle, it's concave on the back so water from wet hands will run down the back of it and will eventually get calcified from minerals in the water. I can live with that. Had I known, I would have picked a rounded handle with no crevices....I had a plumber install so I don't know how easy it would be.I assume it will be sturdy (it's Kohler), but no idea about long term as it's only been in a week.

Lovely faucet. Very sturdy and elegant - an excellent addition to our home. The only downside was the fact that this faucet retains water in the head after turning off, and will drip for a couple minutes until the residual water is drained. It's not an issue with the cartridge, so not a waste of water, it just doesn't seem as 'tight' as expected. I got this for a very reasonable price, so it's something I can live with, but with a $300+ MSRP, I would not have accepted the residual dripping at that price.
