Ten Tales from Shakespeare (Dover Children's Evergreen Classics)

If you're already familiar with the stories, then the book makes a nice refresher. Well written and enjoyable. Of course, lots of the details and sophistication of Shakespeare cannot be reproduced in a children's book. But I think you'll find it a pleasant read before bed.

I bought this for my goddaughter and she loves it. It inspires her to read and provides these classics in a way she can understand.

Excellent summary of some of the best works of Shakespeare. Very good not only for children but for those that have English as a second language

Lovely - Lamb has transcribed the ten plays beauifully. Reading the stories before the plays is a great help.
