I love this mat the thick padding on our wood flooring gives my body the support it needs. It's not hard to pivot your feet or slide your hands going from one pose to the next, in fact it makes it easier having durability and the stickiness to keep you in place. This mat is easy to wipe down and roll up, doesn't take up space and it's lightweight. I love that I can take it anywhere because it has straps to hold it together, plus the 2 tone color is nice just flip to any side your in the mood for.It's a great buy for yourself and makes the perfect gift for anyone doing beginners or advance Yoga.

This yoga mat is double layered, and have the right thickness so that I feel very comfortable in using it. Both sides are non-slip so very good using experience! In addition, the belt comes together with the mat makes it really helpful in packing and carrying to gym.

I LOVE this mat! I did a lot of research before choosing this yoga mat. I used it last night for the first time and was very happy with how smooth it was, but there was NO slipping at all. It has a perfect amount of padding for yoga on a hard wood floor. Much better than my other mat. The quality seems very high for the price. I didn't really notice a smell when I opened the package. I unrolled it and left it out overnight. It flattens out beautifully. This is a great yoga mat for my practice!

I bought this mat after going a few times to yoga with a thinner mat. The extra thickness made a world of difference. I can sit and be on my knees comfortably now. Balancing is slightly harder on this mat but worth it to me. I recommend getting this mat.

I've used a cheap ~⅛" mat for Bikram yoga on and off for 9 years, and it needed replacing. Was looking for something with more padding, and went with this one. Initial impressions after 4 classes are very positive. Great looking, well built, and very comfortable. I use a BREATHE mat/towel on top, so can't really talk to slipperiness – the combination works really well. I was a little nervous that the extra thickness would make me less stable in the standing series. My balance is pretty poor to start with, but I haven't noticed any difference. Where I have noticed a difference is how much more comfortable it is for the floor series – so much nicer.One note: there's a note printed in micro print on the packaging that says "Tip: As an Eco feature, this mat will decompose over time. Cracking and dryness are normal phases in this process. To extend the life of the eco mat, please avoid excessive heat and direct sunlight exposure." Not something I'd call a feature or eco-friendly, if it involves frequent replacement instead of longevity, but hopefully it's something that won't happen for a good long while. I can avoid direct sunlight, but Bikram is done at 104°F – hopefully this isn't considered excessive heat. Assuming I get at least 2-3 years use out of it (hopefully much longer), and given its reasonable price, I'm rating it 5 stars. If it breaks down prematurely, I'll be back to update :-)

So far so good. This mat is DESIGNED to be biodegradable and break down over time(hence the "Eco Friendly"). I'll update this post with how long that takes. Stays in place, it's the right thickness for me. I bought this as a backup to my current yoga mat. It seems to work well so far! Nice thick pad!

I've bought and used a cheaper mat awhile ago but didn't like it because it was like a sheet of cheap foam light, getting scar marks easily and floating around during the excersise. It didn't work so well. This mat from Toplus, on the other hand, is definitely a better quality mat compared to what I've had. It's made of high density foam which give me a feeling of good quality mat with durability but not heavy to cary around. It comes with the shoulder strap for the ease of carrying it around. The mat has 2 different types of texture on each side. The bottom side's texture is designed to prevent the mat sliding around during the excersise. The top side's texture is more likely for decorative purposes and aesthetic but I like it because it mentally gives me some sort of friction feeling when lying down. The mat itself is measured approximately 72in long, 24in wide, and 0.25in thick. It's a perfect size for me and I think it will last me for a while.
