Floral Vintage Evening Dress for Women Sleeveless Size XL F-11

This dress saved the day! Ever since having a baby, I have struggled with my figure, and finding cute yet flattering clothing has been difficult. With a wedding rapidly approaching, I searched store after store to no avail. Finally, I came to Amazon and ordered a few dresses (mostly long maxis) which didn’t work out. With a week to go, I was feeling desperate that I wasn’t going to find anything, and then this dress somehow popped up in my recommended items. Although tea length is typically a universally flattering length, I hesitate to even try them because being 5’7, they seem to always hit me above the knee. But after reading the reviews, I decided it couldn’t hurt to give this a try.I order an XL because I wanted to make sure it was plenty long and had enough room in the waist. A L probably would have been better but the XL worked fine. It fit well everywhere but the chest, where it was a little big and gaped a tiny bit at the collarbone when I wasn’t standing up completely straight but it wasn’t a big deal.I ordered the white and black floral and the black with red roses as I wasn’t sure what print would be most flattering. Turns out the black and white floral was the winner. Great fabric, nice quality and not see through at all which is always the worry when wearing a dress with a white base. I had also ordered the same print in the halter version of this dress (as I typically like to show a little cleavage) but that style wasn’t as flattering, plus the bow at the neck makes wearing a shrug a little awkward.I didn’t even try the belt that came with it so I have no comment on that, I instead paired it with a chunky black belt and a black shrug. I also ordered the Vianla Rockabilly Petticoat in black to wear underneath. For the first time in a long time, I felt confident and happy with how I looked. This dress hid all my problem areas (hips, butt and thighs) while accenting my waist.The length was perfect, especially with the petticoat peeking out and giving about 2 inches more length.Literally as soon as I walked into the wedding, strangers were coming up to me showering me with compliments. It was so fun to dance in (with the twirling skirt) and comfortable all night long. I’m so grateful I stumbled upon this dress. And to top it off, the price is excellent!

This is my third dress from Grace Karin and I love each one. I just ordered the black and white to wear on a cruise and it is perfect. I wanted a Large but they only had XL so I ordered it anyway. It's a little big in the bust area and waist but with a belt (I ordered a different style belt) you can't tell. This dress is perfect for any occasion!

Put it in your cart! This dress is sooo cute and fits perfectly. I bought the white with black flowers and the black petticoat. It's cute with or without the petticoat but the petticoat gives it a unique look and a special feel. For reference I am 5'3" and weigh 170. I got the XL and it fits exactly as I wanted it to. It's a little long because I'm short and falls just below my knee but I prefer it that way. I could have probably gotten away with getting a Large but the XL hugs all the curves just right without feeling restricting. It is very slimming. I bought this for a black and white theme anniversary party and can't wait to wear it. It is well made with nice material and a strong zipper. I will be purchasing additional colors because I just love this dress so much.

This dress is very beautiful. I'm quite curvy and it fits as expected. Thanks to the reviewers who gave their measurements and fit, I was able to get the right size. I got an XL, and it looks just as pictured.I'm 5'3, 170 pounds 36DDD, waist 38, hips 44, so got a size 12 based on the reviews (thank you reviewers). I wear size 12 pants.It's a cottony material with no kind of sheen ot it, and it does not stretch. It was a little snug at the bust area (36DDD) and waist. Arm holes were comfortable. Not too tight. Dress fell just below my knees.It has a zipper in the back, looks hidden.Zipper closes quite well. It was a little hard to zip up when I got to bust level.Check out my pictures for fit and length. Very decent length. Can take to church or wedding.

My stats for reference:5'7"180lbs38CBottom-heavy/pear-shapedOrdered dress in XLI was very happy with this dress for the price. It's a nice, sturdy fabric with a flattering cut. The circle skirt has a decent flare with and without a petticoat. My photos are w/petticoat. It hits right below the knees. I was worried the dress would be too small in the chest and upper waist, but it fits well enough. It is loose in the chest, but not so much that is has unflattering gaps. In the upper waist, it also has a bit of room, which is better than the alternative (slightly suffocating me anytime I sit down). I am the only one who notices this extra room, as it looks great and fitted to others. A large definitely would have been slightly too tight for me and there is no stretch in the fabric pattern I picked. I will consider others of this style in the future.

What a lovely, lovely dress! I wore it paired with a slightly longer (about an inch or two past the bottom hem) black petticoat for a family wedding and received loads of compliments. It's lovely and incredibly well made. I guarantee you even with the quality craftsmenship, I spent a great deal less on my wedding ensemble than most of the other guests. I was so happy with this purchase and am tempted to purchase more styles for other events, as the pattern choices are almost endless. As for the size, it fit slightly smaller than I was anticipating, but only slightly. I'm normally in a size L but am very tall, so ordered an XL thinking I could take the waist in slightly or wear a thicker waist belt. I actually didn't need to take it in at all and it fit well as it was. I think a large would have fit me okay too, but may have been slightly snug and a bit shorter. Without a petticoat, on my 6'1" frame, the dress hit just below the knee, and with a fluffy petticoat, it hit maybe a couple inches above the knee.

Absolutely gorgeous!! Material is beautiful and thick and bright ... pattern is beautiful .... I will get a crinoline for under to make it more fluffy but perfect dress!!
