The door magnets arrived as promised and in fine shape. The closet door will stay closed now. It would swing open before the magnets were installed. It is a large door, so two sets of magnets were used.

Easy to install good hold

They have to be installed just right for these to work but they work like magic once properly installed. I will see how they hold up long-term. These are much better than the plastic trash they install on my TV from the factory

Real talk: I bought these to hold some big-ass doors shut. They are really great at holding said big-ass doors shut.

Seems kinda weak. Would not hold the kitchen drawers closed on our RV. Trying some 60lb magnets now. Seems like these will do the job. These 20lb might be strong enough for a light cabinet door. Will try them in other locations

Bought these to hold a door closed on an Ikea wardrobe. Does the job as described with a good amount of hold, meaning my larger items aren't pushing the door open anymore. Good value compared to buying items from HD or Lowes.

I used these to keep cabinet doors closed. They are easy to install and use. I just bought more for the rest of my workshop cabinets.

These magnets are holding my drawers closed during travel with no problem. Great way to repair broken latches.

Just like the title says, I bought it because my doors on my old wardrobe would not close. I could only use 1 of the 2 provided as the wardrobe is skewed and the geometry is messed up, so you can only fully close one door, but for my use case this is good enough. I specifically looked for a strong magnet, because of this issue, and boy, this baby is very stronk! I think I had it for about a year and had no issues with it so far. I used screws to mount it. 10/10 would recommend!

Bought theses because it said 40lb pull .....don't know who measured that..no stronger than the last ordinary pair I bought blooming nuisance as I would have paid more for some that really do have some strong magnetic pull/ hold just about did the job of holding cupboard doors closed......

The screws supplied to fix the non magnet part do not sit flush, this means the magnet is held away and therefore cannot exert full force retaining the door. Suggest that you find screws that sit flush, or below the level of the metal plate and then the item will do the job

I bought these magnets to hold a door shut where no latch was possible. The magnet does have quite a strong pull and indeed holds the door quite firmly. I would have liked it if the magnet had been able to attract the door fully closed when the door is not quite shut, but the magnet only exerts attraction in the last inch.So, nothing wrong with the magnet at all, it just doesn't work quite like I'd hoped.
