Peruvian Pannatone!
Every year I give my parents some variation of a Christmas cake. This year it was this delicious Gloria Pannatone. The highlight was that although it's usually an Italian style bread/cake, this one is Peruvian and has Papaya as the primary dried fruit. It's light and delicious, among the best value Pannatone I've had.

High quality pannetore and a wonderful breakfast treat
I typically purchase the Sclafani brand pannetone but opted for this one and it is excellent. I found that it had more variety in terms of the fruit to include candied citrus, cherry, and raisins and the texture of the pastry was extremely light and airy, as expected. This is a high quality pannetone and a wonderful breakfast treat that I will be ordering again and one that I can highly recommend.
