For me these dental picks are firm enough to get the food out of my teeth but gentle enough not to abrade the gums. Great product.

I used the picks to clean between my teeth. They did the job though I wish the upper end was a bit wider to facilitate massaging the gums between the teeth.

Not too bad once you get used to them. You still can’t get completely between teeth for the entire tooth like floss.
