The quality of the product was not as expected
The quality of the product was not as expected, the kefir granules have been in whole milk for eight days and I have not been able to produce kefir. I want to know if they can if I request a guarantee of the product

Amazing Kefir
This kefir grain is amazing. It ferments so fast. Less than 24 hours and you already got chunky curdled looking yogurt. Just stir it up well with chop sticks and it’s back to a very delicious tangy creamy drink. The taste is that of a strong full fat Greek yogurt chobani. When I first got the product, Initial start up to get to this point is I don’t throw away the kefir milk making a second time. I saved a quarter of the kefir milk and grain to strongly boost the next batch. Now I can ferment milk with grains only. Grains are tiny tiny and less than half a spoon. Can easily ferment 2 cups of milk in less than 24 hoursMy only problem is the packaging. I dislike the idea that container for the kefir grain is plastic. The thought of plastic seeping into the product due to the acid is not good. Glass is better preference but understand why because glass breaks. Kefir grains that came looked beautiful. They do melt into the first half cup of milk into making your own kefir. The freezes dried kefir pack used as a booster is where the bitter taste comes from. Each new batch this bitterness goes away until only a small almost unnoticeable tint remains.Delivery was faster than the predicted date of arrival.

Better than appeared.
I have read horrible reviews for buying most kifer grains online but decided to try this one. I was shocked by the tiny package that looked like it contained only liquid!! But I figured I couldn’t get my money back unless I followed the instructions. So I did. I followed the instructions to the letter. Within six days I was making the best tasting kefir milk that I’ve ever had. There are big, healthy grains in my milk that I strain out every day. No, there’s not a tablespoon full, but pretty close. It is all that I need. But it seems like every day the grades seem to multiply just a little, but not too much or too fast. I highly recommend this product. Just make sure that looks don’t scare you and that you follow the instructions. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Did not work or multiply
The grains would not grow after three weeks of fermenting. I followed the instructions. They do not look healthy either. I just ordered another batch from a different seller. I do not recommend them to others. It is true you get a very small amount.

Works quickly
These came packaged nicely and looking healthy and fresh. Following the basic information that came with the grains had me getting a daily cup of kefir within about three days. There is more than enough grains for making a cup, or more of kefir a day. The kefir began getting thicker and thicker daily until I decided to remove some of the grains to try to get the thinner kefir that I prefer. These grains are perfect for anyone that wants kefir that has a more yogurt-like consistency. I am still experimenting in making a drinkable kefir, while blessing others with the kefir grains I am removing.

Risky
I've purchased this brand of kefir grains in the past and they were healthy and had the full amount in it but this time it didn't have the full amount and they simply aren't growing, even with the starter it came with. I can't say it's poor quality but maybe just an innocent error. I messaged the seller and got a reply for more info, which I provided but haven't heard back from the seller again and wasn't refunded. It's been at least a month since I contacted them.

The amount of grains just aren’t enough
I would gladly pay a couple of dollars more to have more grains to begin withThey did ferment things quickly, although they were a few of them and the grains kind of dwindle down after the firstFrom what I understand, it takes fermentations for them to begin to grow so I think one would need more grains to begin with please consider this. Overall the grains are great
