Punarnava means to revitalize. It is a great item to revitalize your lymphatic system and kidneys. My wife used it and lost a couple of pounds due to water release (and she is quite petite). I have read people talking about losing way more.It releases retained water from the body naturally and you would lose weight. It would come back if you go back to the unhealthy lifestyle and in case you want to retain it, you need to keep up a healthy lifestyle. Don't use it as a weight loss mechanism but as a quick reward while moving to a healthy lifestyle.

This product is good and I drink it with my tea.

This mixes up very thin almost tasteless. That was the best option for having a tailor made dose for my needs

I bought this because I’m living with and dying naturally of colon cancer and had a problem with ascites fluid/free fluid. I used to work in medicine, so I know enough to realize there’s no way to completely get rid of ascites fluid without medical intervention, but three or four days of a TINY amount of this in my senna tea at night probably caused a loss of about 5-7 pounds of water/free fluid within a few days, and I have felt better since. Hard to say if this product is what did the job, but it didn’t hurt anything as far as I can tell.

Taking this seems to soothe the stomach (in addition to its other purported uses).

Simply for its diuretic value it is a good product. I have not done the testing of kidney function yet. But soon will to see the effect on GFR and creatinine test. results but soon will do, An post it.

This is a great product for cleansing your system, I use 1 tsp. mixed with warm water every morning. I noticed a difference in how I felt in about a week. Love this stuff ! Good find !!!
