Don't start pulling on the wires before you know the length you want as they are made to slide in one direction and then hold fast.

Looks absolutely great. However, the instructions are horrible. Very badly written and missing a lot of information. I think some of it is in error but so hard to understand what was meant, it is hard to say. Had to guess about some things but finally got it installed. But like I said, great after you get it installed and working.

I like the product on my dining room

Modern, quickly installed by my husband who is an electrician, just used the old ballast that was there from previous fixture, nice warmth. The whole family detests the "cool" blue fixture we had previously. It was so harsh, it made us irritable. Love this modern light. Not sure we could "get away" with it in the open concept house, but close enough to the ceiling, it is exactly what our space needed.

Light stopped working after 11 months. Hope the warranty is still good and they stand behind it 🙏

Looks great! Modern and sleek and low profile. The remote messed up at first, but responsive seller sent instructions to reset (also in remote box). Love it

Very upset that the remote no longer programs properly. I have to use the switch on the wall to turn it on and off. It’s stuck on a white bright light. No help from Manufactors. Elswise it’s a beautiful chandelier.
