Exactly what I wanted
I have one similar to this one (don't tell anyone, but I like this one better). They are perfect in the "trunk" of my SUV for storing groceries - especially 2-liter drinks - to keep stuff from scattering everywhere. It folds almost flat, and the velcro holds it that way until you reopen it.

Good quality, Space saver
Really liked this item. Sturdy, good quality. Excellent for the price! I loved that it fits nicely under the back of our Rav4 (see image) with the spare tire and our foldable plastic box, which we use for the "heavier" groceries (all canned food, family-sized juice bottles, etc). This was a nice addition for the "lighter" products like bread and snack boxes and such. Definitely, recommend!
