This worked perfectly and smells great

This works great for removing the smell of dirty dog (especially during mud season in the northeast) from fabrics. I sprinkle it on the rugs and furniture, let it sit, then vacuum. It leaves the house smelling fresh without being headache inducing from artificial scents. I like that it's all natural and safe for our pets (since we let them up in the couch to snuggle).

Update: I did order this again (and added a star) because it just smells so good and is made with natural ingredients.I wanted to love this carpet deodorizer because of the essential oils and lack of toxic fragrance. The smell is amazing! Unfortunately it is too moist to sprinkle from the canister. It is packaged in a spice canister with a lid (one side with holes for sprinkling and the other for spooning) which in my case, will not close. It was securely wrapped in plastic for shipping, but once opened, the lid will not snap into place. Trying to sprinkle it from the canister is impossible; trying to sprinkle from the open side of the lid results in dumping large clumps of the product. I am not yet sure how it will affect the vacuum cleaner; hoping it doesn’t clog. Not sure if there is a way to improve on this formula to make it easier to sprinkle. If so, I would buy again.

Smells greatCouldn’t get cap to close after opening it. Had to remove the cap to use it, came out clumpy and used almost the whole bottle for just one rug. Will not buy again

This smells nice and gives the carpet a fresh lemony scent. It lasts for a day or two. I really wish the bottle was larger, I run through this thing so fast!!

Our stairs smelled really bad because of previous tenants. We shampooed the carpet and it made it worse. We used the whole bag on the stairs as it instructs to apply it generously. The scent was so strong it gave us slight headaches as it sat there for an hour (as the instructions recommend), but the powder nearly removed all of the bad smell once we vacuumed it up. The strong scent dissipated quickly too so that was nice.I say this did the job well.

Love the scent and the natural ingredients. But seriously- there are definitely natural anti-caking agents out there! You can mix this stuff at home easily (and I will from now on), but you buy things like this because they’ve figured out the stuff that’s tough to do DIY. As someone else reported, the big side of my jar lid doesn’t close (never did- it was plastic wrapped upon arrival) and the powder is too moist and clumpy to come out of the shaker holes. Super frustrating. Waste of money.

I find this to be an excellent product that I would recommend to anyone looking for a carpet deodorizer. I absolutely LOVE the scent. I do wish that the scent lasted longer, but I find that it lasts a couple days, and its noticeably more fresher in my home. I have three dogs (2 large Dobermans and one small Min Pin) and so you can imagine that my area rug doesn't stay very fresh for long. I will continue to buy this product!!!!It does come out in larger chunks and does not sprinkle well, however I take a clean broom and gently spread it around so that it gets deep inside the carpet. I leave for as long as I can, minimum one hour, and then I vacuum! Thank you for the great product!

Love the smell, but it is a clumpy powder.

It’s too clumpy to shake it so you have to unclump it. It smells good but a bit strong. I like the smell but won’t buy again.
