Quality is not bad, it looks really nice as you can see, it doesn’t have a plastic material, really easy to clean, the water pressure is good I’d say, value for the money is eh you can definitely find better for cheaper but this one is definitely a top option. However my whole family rarely use the hand shower

Nice shower head. Works as it should and is beautiful. A lot of plastic parts so I think it’s overpriced for that reason alone but I had a hard time finding one that didn’t have plastic parts. I like the magnet for the handheld head. I’ve only used it for a couple of weeks so we’ll see how it holds up.

First let me say, I love the shower fixture. It was just what I wanted. The problem is with Moen customer service. I ordered the complete set that included the valve though I did not need all of the fixtures included. I just needed to be sure the valve was the correct one since there are several styles. After reading several reviews about replacement valves, I just thought that was the best way to go. So, when it came time for installation, turns out the valve had a small hair line crack in it and it was leaking. Since my plumber was in the middle of installation, he had to go and purchase one on my behalf to complete the job. There was not time to go thru all the hoops that Moen wanted me to go thru. I needed a new valve that day in order for them to complete the job. When I contacted Moen and explained, all they offered was a replacement valve....nothing I can use a replacement valve for unless I paint it for Christmas decorations or something. They also sent me a coupon to use only in their online store, which is primarily fixtures or replacement parts, again which I already have all I need. A couple of things I thought I could use turned out to be more expensive even with the coupon than I can purchase locally, so again nothing of a benefit to me. I could not return it to Amazon: 1...I was way beyond the return date as I had purchased my fixtures a while back when I knew my bathroom was being updated. This was the fixture I knew I wanted so I bought it when I found it. 2...as the valve came in a set, I couldn't return just a piece of it even if the time had not expired.In my conversation back and forth with Moen, all they kept saying was from their script, take pictures, send invoice along with part and we will send a replacement. And again, do what with it.Anyway, just wanted to let folks know. I used Moen parts for many many years but I will have second thoughts the next time I need new ones.UPDATE: Since I wrote the above review, I continued to reach out to Moen concerning my discontent. I finally was able to get them to understand that by just offering me a replacement, they were only giving me a useless item that I could not do anything with. They have now made me a completely different "acceptable" offer. Sometimes you just have to keep being a nag. In doing so, I have also changed my "star" to a 4 because I love the product. Couldn't go so far as a 5 because I should not have had to jump thru the hoops that I did.

Updated my 90's bathroom. Very nice quality. The magnet that holds the hand held is very strong, no issues of falling off. Lots of flow options on hand held. I love the fact that when using the handheld I can turn the stream on or off. Works great for just washing hair, or dog. The shower head is large, which I appreciate.

Shower head is a good investment. The water pressure comes out full and robust. The smaller head has a magnet back so it’s easy to place back on the mount. Not a whole lot of confusing knobs or buttons to control the various settings offered.

this item is nice looking and it does serve its intended purpose. Overall, I am satisfied with this product.

Needed to replace an old chrome/plastic Delta faucet system that had a leaking cartridge and an generic showerhead from Walmart installed by the previous homeowners. Decided to go full in on Moen since I just updated the sink faucet. Lucky to find this trim kit "as new". Previous owner returned it due to small scratch on the faucet handle. However, I almost returned it too after the second plumber struck out on getting this installed -- apparently the configuration on my plumbing (though accessible) was too much work to modify and the second plumber left without putting the handle and valve back in correctly, resulting in having to shut the water off. A family friend who is a professional plumber with 17+ years under their belt came to the rescue and got this in after nearly 3 hours. See photos.
