Excellent Quality Cables (But They Are Patch Cables So You Don't Need Anything Spectacular Anyways)
I've recently been buying a few pedals for my guitar set up. I realized I didn't have any short cables to go between pedals so I bought these because they were relatively inexpensive. Before I go into this though, I want you to realize that I'm not just a hobbyist musician, I am a semi-professional meaning I regularly gig and make money doing it. I've been playing guitar for 10 years, playing bass for longer, and I've done plenty in the technology side of things including sound system design/installation and recording. I have built cables, I have used high end cables from Mogami, Monster, Lava, Fender, Planet Waves, and several other brands. Trust me, I know the benefits that come from having high end quality cables. That being said, here's the deal. For short patch cables, these Hosa 6" cables work great. They are so short in length that you really don't have to worry much about tone and signal loss especially if you get something like the CMAT Mods Buffer to put at the beginning of your signal chain. They have a really nice build quality to them and the flat connectors allow you to place your pedals really close to each other. For patch cables, they work great, I have no issues with tone loss or cables going bad. Additionally, my father has a set of these cables that he's been using for many years and not once has he had an issue with them so I know that these cables are very durable. Don't be fooled by the price of these patch cables, they may be relatively cheap but they are definitely quality cables.

Good stuff
Good product for a good price

Fast delivery and space saving.
These create more room on the board than regular angled patch cables. No issues and 6" is easier to tuck away than 12" without looking cluttered.

I would recommend these cables anyone building a pedalboard for the first ...
Obviously these connectors are inexpensive. Their craftsmanship seems a little 'cheap', but they do what they say... They connect the pedals. I haven't used the patch cables in anything other than a practice setting so I cannot attest to the durability/longevity.I have not noticed any blatant tone loss using these cables in my loop, nothing I can't live without anyways.I would recommend these cables anyone building a pedalboard for the first time. They are cost effective, and they get the job done. Obviously you could spend more and get higher quality items, but for a beginner on a tight budget these patch cables are spot on.

Really good cable, nice price
I just got some of the Hosa patch cables and I immediately ordered more to replace other cables on my board. Lots of great things to say:1. They are thinner than Mxr cables which makes a huge difference in the space they use2. For such a low price, they have bolted backs so you can repair them if ever they should need repairing3. They are silent on my board. I have 8 pedals and the only noise is from my AC-154. The head is smaller and flatter than some of the other flat cables I have which makes a big difference when there is a power jack close byThese are really good and seem to be great quality build wise. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Good quality and great price
Used it for a pedal board with 5 pedals. No buzz, no hum or static. No frills but does the job brilliantly. They sit pretty low profile and doesn’t take up valuable space on a tight pedal board. The round heads may be on a larger side though and might interfere with the power input on some pedals. The length of cables are nice but can be a little tad long. But that’s just being picky. Would recommend.

very good patch cables
These Hosa Guitar patch cables work well. They have a small plate around the plug which (time will tell) seems like it will offer more stability and less movement in the jack than a standard 1/4 jack that I have previously used. These patch cables are light and flexible, and leave a small imprint between pedals.Because different pedals have their plug-in power source at different places on the pedals, these cables may have to sometimes go over or under the power cord, depending how your pedal is designed. I have not found the insert jacks to get in the way of power supplies. So far, these seem a solid product.

Definitely Worth the Investment
I absolutely love these patch cables. The pancake design provides an excellent low-profile look and keeps your pedals nice and close without slipping out of the jack. This particular item came with 6 cables in total (for those whom may be concerned with what the exact number of cables are) perfect amount for the amount of pedals I plan on having for my future pedal board. If you're looking for nice low-profile patch cables then these are the babies to go for! They work well with Boss, Electro-Harmonix and Earthquaker Devices (however I've noticed that my only gripe is that certain Earthquaker Devices have the power jack right next to the input jack which can prove a little tricky but I manage to make it work out).Overall very happy with these cables and I'm sure they'll serve me well.

Great for linking guitar pedals
I added a effect to my pedal board and needed one more pedal. The flat right-angle plugs make if possible to group pedal close together on you board. The quality is very good for the price. The sound is very good and I am unable to decern any additional noise with this new cable in the mix.Highly recommended for this application (pedal board).
