Keep in mind this is an ORGANIC brand so you're paying for what you're getting. Yes, there is about an inch of space at the top of the tube, which they explain why. This mask is amazing!!! I have pretty sensitive skin and usually have to purchase fragrance free products but this doesn't have fragrance added. What you're smelling is the fruit extracts they are using... And to me I love it! It's very light. I did a patch test on my inner elbow and waited 30 mins- luckily no reaction. I put a thin layer on my dey clean face- at first it felt warm but after 60 second it went away and my face felt good. After 10 minutes I rinsed it off and my face was SO SOFT and BOUNCY. Like this really does prime your face and makes it look healthy. I continued with my serums and face lotion and it mixed well with other products. Definitely suggest purchasing this product!Update: been using this for months now and it seriously cleared up my skin, added brightness and hydration, and also does wonders minimizing my pores. I'll use it for 5-10 minutes if I'm getting ready before work/an event, but mostly I've been using it 3 times a week for 30 minutes and I LOVE what it does to my skin. I honestly cake it on and I still haven't run out. Probably lasts 4-6 months? I'll be buying again when I run out.

I use this twice a week for my facial routine. Been using for a week. I leave on for 10 minutes and wash off with a warm washcloth. My face feels so clean and refreshed.Will definitely buy again.

I really enjoy this product. I purchased it after watching some reviews of honest beauty and reviewing the ingredients list. There is some fragrance in this mask and usually I prefer to buy fragrance free products. But upon further consultation I was informed that there is pretty minimal fragrance and that it shouldn't sensitize or irritate my skin as much as most fragrances do. The fragrance also comes mostly from fruit extract, so it tends to be a bit gentler than essential oils or artificial fragrances. I definitely do not regret buying. I don't enjoy the scent of the mask so much, since it's pretty artificial-smelling. But I love the way that the mask makes my make-up look - it really does act as a primer. After putting this mask on my face for 10 minutes, I don't need to use an actual primer: I just put on my serums, moisturize, and apply sun screen. My foundation has never looked so natural and even. It doesn't crease over the course of the day or look pasty (which I have struggled with in the past because I have relatively oily skin). Although it says you can use this for your night time routine, I wouldn't recommend doing that. I did notice some more smoothness and redness reduction in my skin, but a lot of dark dirt-type stuff came off of my skin when I did my micellar water first cleanse in the morning. This makes sense because immediately after using the mask the skin (and your fingers if you apply with your hands) has a slight shine or glisten to it. This is fine if I'm going to put makeup on my skin anyways, but if I am going to bed I want my skin to be clean and as clear of impurities as possible. For the same reason, I wouldn't wear this mask unless you are going to wear make-up or want your skin to look extra presentable. If you want to relax at home and do a mask, this is not really the right choice. You might see some better results, but this just isn't as natural as other masks on the market. This truly is a beauty product - not as much of a skin care one. Also, I gave this four stars overall and for presentation because I did not receive a full mask when buying from amazon - the top part of the bottle was clear, not pink. It looked as though someone had used and returned the mask and then I had repurchased it. I'm not sure if this would have been an issue if I had bought it off of the honest beauty website. When I purchase from there, I will come back and update this review.

This product is really amazing! My skin loves this stuff. I recommend it! I even got some of my relatives to start using this product and now they are using it religiously just like I am. My face really loves this mask!

This does work for those who need moisture. I tired it and thought it might slightly increase moisture during winter months. However for me the moisture increase was too much. I had to return due to it being more moisture than I needed. If you have very dry skin this would be a great addition to your morning routine!

Very surprised by this product. I don’t use products from this this brand. I have always had my favorite products from other brands and never felt the need to try this particular brand. However, my skin has been really dry lately and I had a video of Jessica Alba pop up on my Instagram feed applying this product. She mentioned that she has really sensitive skin and I do as well. I guess I felt that I had nothing to lose by trying this product.I couldn’t be happier and more surprised by how well this product works. Now, I’m interested in trying more products from this brand. Easy to apply and easy to remove, smells good, feels good on my skin, I like the texture of the mask.

I have bought 6 of these now(some from Amazon, some from Target). It is my favorite masking product, and has been for a couple years. I use it 1-3x a week. It has a tingly sensation on initial application. As you leave it on it starts to have that dry cracking feeling of a traditional clay mask, but it never fully dries. After rinsing it off my skin is so soft and no more redness than if I had just washed my face. It also smells amazing; kind of like a triple berry smoothie.
