Wonderful chairs. Wish I bought them sooner I stained them to match my oak table and they are perfect. My oak chairs had lose backs so now I have comfy and sturdy chairs. Only issue was one screw came out of the cross price on the leg of one chair but I knew it didn't go in the chair like the other 3 but it's still sturdy and very well made. I wish I stained it before putting together. Would buy again

These chairs are GREAT! They are super sturdy and well made. We stained them to match our table and they work great! We have 4 children and they are very rough on things, and I believe these will hold up awesome because of how sturdy they are. It was tough to buy something like this site unseen, but we are extremely pleased with the purchase and have no regrets at all.They do come unassembled and I recall seeing some reviews saying they were difficult to put together. My husband was an auto-mechanic for 20 years and very good at building things and putting them together and he had no trouble at all... so I guess it is all perspective.

Very good quality and sturdy chairs. I would say the seat is oversized, they are great! Sanded just a tad after having had them for several months before staining to get some scuffs off. It seems to be a porous wood and was starting to show shoe marks and body oil stains, don't wait too long to stain or seal.

We absolutely love these chairs. My husband built me a beautiful farm style dining table and these chairs are perfect. Very surprised at the high quality and the workmanship of them. Solid, heavy and gorgeous! Very happy!

I absolutely love these chairs, BUT, when it came to putting them together, the holes were on the wrong side of the main legs for the stretcher bars to go into. Not too much of a problem, as we just drilled small holes on the correct sides of the legs and fit them together. Beautiful, sturdy chairs!

Easy to put together and very sturdy. Not wobbly at all even when used by someone 300+ lbs. I painted them, but I'm sure they would have taken stain well. Do note the dimensions as the seats are very large. I appreciate the size, but they may not be best for someone with a small rable.

I purchased these to go with a farmhouse table my brother made me. They are perfect! Very sturdy and beautiful!

Purchased and painted antique blue to go with a custom live edge oak table. Looks great and are comfortable to sit in.
