This tape works
I've been dealing with foot pain for almost a year now. I've tried all the conventional treatments and nothing helped and some even made it much, much worse. This tape works. It's a zinc oxide non stretch tape, so if you've tried KT stretchy tape and it didn't help, this stuff is different! Like others have mentioned it won't cure plantar fasciitis but it will relieve the pain and inflammation to let it heal while you work on strengthening to address the root cause. My helpful hints: I trim the top off of the piece that goes on the bottom of your foot at a slight angle because I find it likes to try to peel up at the edge by my pinky toe and that prevents that. I personally wear it for 2-3 days at a time to save money. I'll put it on directly after a shower after my feet have dried out enough and then on the evening of my 2nd day I'll usually take it off before bed to let my feet breathe. Then shower in the morning and repeat application until I don't have pain in the morning anymore. I also had problems with getting blisters just on the very top of my foot where the tape crosses. I had bought some underwrap and put a square under that spot and that did fix it but I also found that if I simply fold under about 1/4 inch along the edge where it wraps around the top part of my foot so that the very edge that's closest to my leg isn't stuck down on the top of my foot then I no longer have problems with it tugging the skin there.I don't generally have too many issues with the tape peeling up but sometimes it does if I have to make an adjustment and that's where I find it helpful to have a roll of KT or zinc oxide tape on hand and just cut a little patch and slap it over the part that's peeling up and it'll hold it in place. If I was inclined I could just cut some off my roll into the same shape and size and it would do the same thing as these, but I find the pre cut strips to be handy and quick and less likely to fray.

THE answer to recurrent heel pain, when all the other "answers" failed.
I have tried everything in the last 12 years to banish my heel pain, which at times limits my walking to a block and flares out of control, and severely has limited my life.I have see 3 different physical therapists over the years, and a few podiatrists and foot orthopedists. THe norm is to start with specific stretching and strengthening exercises, follow their guidance of coure But I already do those just to maintain my functioning. Recently with some wait gain despite all that my heels were getting worse and worse.I've used other types of stretchy sports tape (beginning with letter K). This isn't stretchy. I didn't think this would work but it's likely the only thing I"ve not tried...I"m talking I've done MONTHS of research. This healed my acute exacerbation of my chronic problemWHy is the price worth it for only 7 applications? Because if you have heel pain as disabling as mine is, the price is trivial (though I'm blessed to be able to afford it).NoteI needed to use this for a month to blow away my acute problem. IT says on the material it comes with that you should have tape 12 hrs on and 12 off, but elsewehre it says leave it on 24 hrs. I wear night splints so at night I gave my skin an occasional rest from this tape. It's VERY sticky so you have to watch your skin to make sure you don't cause an abrasion.Try this ...but long term, fellow sufferers, follow the conventional guidelines tooOne thing I didI have always stretched the heck out of my calf muscles like you are supposed to for plantar fascitis/heel pain. I think I was stretching too much and that caused an acute spike. THis rested it an healed itIT says on it it's mean to rest and heal it.I am telly you this is a UNIQUE product as far as I knowthe tape doesn't stretchread directions well before you use it and good luck

Works but way too $$$$$
I’ve had PF for 2.5 years. This tape works extremely well for the pain. The reason I’m giving it 3 stars, isone because it’s so expensive! You get 7 strips, so if you have it in both feet like I do, you don’t even get 3 full days. Buy two packs and you almost have a full 6 days. 1 pack was over $15. So 6 days at a whopping $30😬•••I just noticed 1 pack is now over $18!!! So 6 days both feet would be $36😑Two because it’s not water proof at all, and you’ve gotta shower right?! Bathtub is too complicated in the early mornings before work.Three because I do get sores on my feet because the tape is so strong. I’ve heard you can buy cream for this at local drug stores! So works but is soooo expensive!!!

Quick pain relief
EXTREMELY STICKY! Warning, if you have sensitive or thin, older skin, this tape will nearly tear it off/open. Be sure that the integrity of your skin can take this tape. Yes, it does work. You may have to run a practice test or two before you get the best fit/feel for you. You can get it wet, but dry it quickly. It can become expensive if you are changing it daily. Personally, I like to do max 3 days. However, my feet are dry and not smelly. Very lucky.

Don't waste your money!
Tape does nothing to alleviate plantar fasciitis! After applying to clean, dry feet as directed, this tape lasts 6 to 8 hours at best. The adhesion is incredibly poor, the edges of the tape curl and the strip that goes along the bottom of the foot ends up balling up into the arch area. Cheaply made and very disappointing. I purchased a much less expensive tape to help reduce pain from plantar fasciitis, with much better adhesive qualities, for a substantially lower price.

Good but some defects
These strips are usually great for using on my feet to prevent plantar fasciitis from flaring up when I do any type of cardio exercises. However, about a third of the last two packs I ordered were defective as they had no “sticking tape” capability. For the price of only seven strips per pack this is very disappointing. My suggestion is to do some random testing on your product to be sure it actually works as it’s supposed to.
